The service I received today was excellent!

The service I received today was excellent! Jonathan Marin kept me up to date on the progress being made as the recall on my GMC Sierra was being handled! It was done in a timely manner and Mr. Marin was professional and courteous!

Came in with no appointment. No problem. Finished scheduled maintenance and 3 recalls on time ad promised. Jonathan was pleasant and courteous and communicated in a timely manner, waiting area was comfortable and convenient.

The service department is efficient and accommodating.

The service department is efficient and accommodating. I went in during the week late in the afternoon and was scheduled on the spot. The service technician was knowledgeable and offered several services to prolong the life of my 2023 Sierra. The complementary waters and fountain sodas were a nice touch and very much needed. In all, the visit was a great experience.

I contacted them on a Friday night and filled out the credit application to purchase a pickup they had listed. I got a call the next morning telling me they would not honor the price they had it advertised it for. They also updated the online price 5 minutes after they opened on Saturday morning.
