I've purchased my last 2 vehicles from this dealership
I've purchased my last 2 vehicles from this dealership and have only taken those vehicles to them for service. I had an oil change scheduled for 7:30 am on a Monday morning (this is after scheduling an appointment for the previous Saturday afternoon, leaving my job for a long lunch, driving 20 mins to the dealership, only to get there and be told all of their techs had already left, wasting 40 minutes of my time). My appointment seemed to be taking an unusually long time, considering there were only 2 other customers in the waiting area ahead of me. I'd left my phone at home, so I couldn't get any text updates, but that didn't concern me since I never had to rely on the text updates, as every other time I'd taken my vehicle in, the service advisor would at the very least find me in the waiting area when my vehicle was ready (the really good ones would give updates throughout). Well Jordan did none of that. After being there approaching 2 hours, I moved to the waiting area near the advisors' offices. By then, both waiting areas were pretty full. I could see directly into Jordan's office. I sat there for maybe a little more than an hour watching as he carried on one conversation after another, laughing it up with his coworkers, then when the coast was clear, I approached his office. Before I could say anything, he says 'Oh, your vehicle's ready', my paperwork and keys just sitting in the paper tray along with other customers whose vehicles were also ready. When I get back home to my phone, I discover a text stating my vehicle was ready was sent more than an hour before I went to Jordan's office to find out it was ready. More of my time wasted.

I had a transmission message on dashboard and AC was
I had a transmission message on dashboard and AC was acting up when the truck would stop but they fix the transmission use but the ac is not working when it was working

The dealership overall was very neat and clean. The bathrooms were clean, the snack bar was exceptional. Senad and Jay were very helpful as was the financial person that I dealt with(I’m so sorry I can’t remember his name!)

Service was prompt. I was informed in advance of the approximate cost. I was kept informed of the status of the repairs. The repair was completed ahead of schedule.
