Took my Yukon in for some manufacturer pain blemishes and

Took my Yukon in for some manufacturer pain blemishes and they did a wonderful job correcting the issue and kept me updated on the progress throughout the job. Certainly recommend them for service on your GMC.

My GMC is a very light color interior when the disc the oil changes mats doors were stained with oil. Very disappointing

I can?t say enough good things about my experience with Juan, Senad, and Margarita. I have now purchased not just one, but two cars from them, and both experiences were nothing short of outstanding. Worst experience of my life.

Worst experience of my life. Worked out a deal over the phone to trade in my Audi RS5 and purchase a 2023 Jeep Grand Wagoneer with 17k miles. Drove 23 hours to pick up my wife's dream car, and drove it another 23 hours and 1700 miles back home. Once returning home had the vehicle brought in for a recall only to find out it was missing the front frame, crash protection, and front bumper. This vehicle only a couple days earlier passed a 125 point safety inspection at this dealership. I alerted the dealership and they said they would pay for repairs at a body shop of my choice. The estimate came in over $11k. The dealership no longer wanted to fix it and chose to buy it back from me. At this point it's been 30 days days, I'm out my Audi RS5, they picked up my Jeep Grand Wagoneer, and they have my $68k. I've spoken to Patrick, Tatyana, and Margarita and at this point no resolution. Buyers beware!!! Would not buy from here or have a vehicle serviced. If I could do zero stars I would

Gabriel and Tatyana are the best, communicated

Gabriel and Tatyana are the best, communicated wonderfully along the way, listened to my worries and concerns, and truly went out of their way to make sure I walked away happy with no concerns. They helped me get upgraded into a new truck that I absolutely love. Both were personable, easy to get along with and talk to, and In every way made the experience an easy and pleasant one. I?m very thankful and grateful for this group, they are in every way top notch! I cannot praise them enough and appreciate them for all they did for my family and I.

Very nice, staff friendly and accommodating, kelp me updated on the status of the maintenance process. Notified me promptly once the service was completed and vehicle ready for pick up. The facility was sparkling clean and comfortable for waiting while vechicle in the service department.
