Charged $200 diagnostic fee after not agreeing to pay to

Charged $200 diagnostic fee after not agreeing to pay to do repair today. Don’t plan on coming back. That is exorbitant. This was our 2016 Acadia.

I was very undecisive for about 3 weeks but my sales man

I was very undecisive for about 3 weeks but my sales man stuck in there. When I finally made it to Houston he took the time and drove me across town just so I could test a car I thought I liked. And I made that purchase that day within a couple hours

Awesome group!

Awesome group! They found me a SUV when the first four didn?t work out that day. As soon as the vehicle got there and cleaned, I was out of there soon.

I was treated courteously and had a very professional salesman and staff as I purchased my new vehicle. Everything was done in a timely manner and my salesperson fully explained all the features in my truck as we sat in it. A very enjoyable buying experience.

Jordan was rude.

Jordan was rude. Spent $900 and the oil life was not reset, and the brake life hasn't been reset after getting brake pads replaced. Very disappointed.
