My husband was looking for a particular truck just

My husband was looking for a particular truck just happened that Robichaux Ford had exactly what he wanted. We drove from BR La over an hour to drive and purchase vehicle. We decided to purchase it. All was going well until the “invisible finance person “ sent Jeff to us with a piece of paper showing down payment etc. I saw where the figure didn’t match up with the amount we were putting down plus trade in and cash on top of that. I asked Jeff and he seemed to be confused and had the audacity to compare me to his pass customers who didn’t ask questions. After a few words and him comparing me to others he said this paper basically doesn’t matter. I asked him then why did Mr. Invisible take the time to complete a useless paper. Again he compared me to others. I explained it was insulting and went back to our vehicle. We purchased the vehicle. However, I won’t recommend anyone especially a female to use him. Try another employee. After he said we could walk off and not purchase the truck…I just looked at him. He half assed apologized but by that time I chalked it up to him not knowing how to explain the form, because he kept going back and forth asking the finance guy questions or he didn’t like me questioning him. After the 4th time The invisible guy should have come out from hiding in his office to introduce himself and ask us to go to his office. Act like you give a xxxx Geez. Show some respect for your customers. The truck is nice and we are happy we bought it. When I am ready to buy a new vehicle for myself I will not entertain purchasing it from Robichaux Ford. This review is not to discourage anyone from buying from there, it’s just a warning when you ask a question you may get insulted instead of the answer.

It was such a good experience.

It was such a good experience. I had an oil change and tire rotation. Everyone was helpful and very nice.

A++++ called for oil change and they were able to take my

A++++ called for oil change and they were able to take my truck the same day. Prompt and excellent service. They checked everything to see if there were other problems they could fix. Very satisfied with service department and very polite tech.

The service department is amazing!

The service department is amazing! That is why I drive from Houma to Thibodaux! They do a great job!

I have never had a problem till this that time they

I have never had a problem till this that time they picked up my car for an recall issue and they also provided an oil change when my car was dropped off it was horrible, I just paid for a detail service and after getting my car back they had shells and dirt all over the driver side, looked like someone changed my oil in a limestone yard. The wanted to pick up my vehicle on a day i was going out of town. They have not reached out still
