I had an unexpected situation with my truck and pulled into the service department where I was promptly greeted and taken care of quickly and efficiently. The entire staff was very nice and the service was flawless. The repair was completed the same day and I was on my way.

My husband had the odometer on trip A not the Main Odometer and I noticed we were slightly over our first oil change and called this dealership! They were amazing! Courteous and super quick! Last place I wanted to be on vacation was a car dealer! They made it painless

Excellent service
The service department was fantastic. They got me in right away. Turned out there was a factory recall on my vehicle and they took care of it \during this visit. Nissan of St Augustine has a superior service team.

pleasent experience.
Everything went as expected. I ended up buying a 2020 Rogue. I am very happy with my purchase. My only small issue was that they did not have the car clean and ready when I arrived. I had my appointment scheduled 2 days prior. I almost walked because of that small detail. They did clean and detail it upon purchase.
