Very clean very nice. The food there was excellent also, I ordered the cheese steak sandwich and they brought me a cheese steak filet. Wonderful

Service

I arrived at 10am to have my car serviced needed an oil change, brake fluid replaced, and 105,000 mile maintenance. I was greeted by Marvin Dames and was told that it would take an hour and 45 minutes so just wait inside the lobby. Also had the car wash done which adds about 10 minutes because they do it by hand. The lobby had 4 chairs each spread out at least six feet apart to comply with current social distancing guidelines. Two of those chairs were massage chairs. About an hour and a half after I arrived, Marvin came to tell me that the car was ready. So I paid and left satisfied everything was done and it was done earlier than I expected.

Had a bad leak from what I thought was sunroof.

Had a bad leak. Left car there that night by 9:30 the next morning was ready to be picked up. Would take my Murano no where else to be worked on.

Great dealership to go to. As usual the staff is freindly and don't pressure you. Our salesman and manager did what they had to do to meet our wants. This is our second vehicle we have bought from them and will go back when i need another one. Worth the trip...

The Country is going through trying times, so much of...

The Country is going through trying times, so much of what we take for granted is either closed or limited..It made me smile when I drove to the service entrance of Nissan of St Augustine and found not only were you open but the staff was able to take my Murano in for service .. The staff was professional, courteous and easy to talk with.. My vehicle was done quickly and was even washed when I picked it up.. Thank you to all... Stay safe..
