Scammers!! Liars!!
Beware of internet pricing scams!! I inquired about a vehicle that was an internet special, and was told that it was still available. I actually talked to Lexi about the vehicle for 3 days. I made sure she knew I would be driving from Tallahassee to St. Augustine. I was very thorough in my questions about the vehicle, and before I drove over I contacted Lexi to ensure the vehicle was available. I took off from work early, (told Lexi this) and texted Lexi again at 2:20 before I left Tallahassee to make sure the vehicle was still there. She said yes, and I told her I was on my way. About 1 1/2 hrs before arriving at the dealership, I received a phone call from another sells person telling me that the vehicle had just sold. He tried to tell me that Lexi was not there. When I told him I talked to her and she said she was there, he changed his story to she had an emergency and had to leave that morning. I then told him that I talked to her at 2:20 and she told me the vehicle was still there and did not say one word about not being there. He told me they had another vehicle that was just magically traded in just like the one I was coming for EXCEPT it had a bad transmission, but they would sell it to me for the same price!! I said no way, and he connected me to a manager who tried to blame me for not coming to buy the vehicle sooner!! You can figure out the scam I’m sure!!

POOR SERVICE after the sale
Unfortunately, we have a long standing history with this dealership. Service after the sale is and has always been NON-Existent! It is about the deal for them! We purchased a second Nissan having sworn off ever buying another due to the myriad of issues we had with our first Nissan and our lack of confidence in the service team at this dealership. We had difficult decisions to make with our then 10 year old Nissan's AC broke finding that it would cost thousands to repair, then swooped in Dino. He's the deal man, and he offered us concessions and a great closing price which at the time seemed to negate our past experience. Have no fear, things are different - but be wary... We were offered a lifetime warranty and proclamation that we did not have to get service done at Nissan (knowing our past experience). The unfortunate thing is when you don't get the service done at Nissan you also don't receive the list of Nissan recommended services - which has to be met and completed for the warranty to be valid. Have I taken care of my vehicle - you bet. Is it to their recommended timeline, who knows. Additionally, Nissan sent me to St. Augustine Nissan recently to have a corrosion warranty item reviewed. In doing so, Cynthia, the service manager, was going to forward photos to Nissan. When I called Nissan 4 weeks later - they said the dealership hadn't seen me in two years. This is par for the course - I recently shared my feedback and concerns with Gina, the controller, who stated she or the GM would call me back before EOD. Two days later - I'm on Yelp! If you love Nissan and have to have one - buy it and get it serviced somewhere else.

Nissan of St Augustine New Kicks
I had the 'dreaded buying a new car syndrome" That all dissapeared when I walked into Nissan of ST Augustine. Then I listened to Kyla, Hannah, Will, Eric, and Amanda. They were all such a great help to me. Very personable and knowledgeable and I walked out a Happy New Car owner of a 2019 Nissan Kicks. I even got my nails to match the colors of my new car!

I went in there with not the best credit in the world and still owed a lot on my truck and they where able to trade my truck in and get me in a new 2019 Sentra such a great place the manager was very nice and worked with me and my wife
