Great Service and Experience

I bought an Used Honda Pilot from out of state. The team at Nissan of St. Augustine did everything to ensure that the transaction was handled smoothly. I will work with them again. Thanks for all the hard work. The purchase and flight down to get it were worth the time and effort.

Great Experience at St Aug Nissan

Great experience

Excellent service

Fantastic service department, prompt, helpful and a wonderful lounge. Thanks Mr Marvin D, your attention to detail and convenience is superb, would recommend highly! Everything was complimentary checked and not the reason I went to begin with, so many thanks for going above and beyond my expectations. Even have a shuttle if needed, but the lounge is a delight to wait & watch while the car is being worked on.

TRADE-IN

I traded in my 2005 Maxima -- the best car I ever owned. wanted to update. With the help of Clayton in Sales and Jordan doing the financing -- I had a very professional experience. I have been with Nissan St. Augustine for 13 years. They are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I am once again an owner of a Nissan.

5:00 Sunday, Sevice center closed...Josh and Joe with any hesitation helped me resole a problem with my 2012 Murano lift back release, it would not open. They quickly indentified several possible problem and we found one immediately, object caught in the lift. They wedged it open and we had it cleared !! KUDOS to the staff of St Augustine NIssan...I'll be back !!

Friendly no pressure sale!

Salesman Chris helped me look for a new Nissan Rogue. Explained everything very clearly and even took the time to go over everything again when he delivered the car to me! Really helped me understand all of the technology in the Rogue and help me love my purchase more!

Very satisfied with the customer service at Nissan St. Augu

From the time we got out of our car our sales person Mr. Clayton Fields helped us find the perfect car for our needs. He was patient and extremely knowledgeable. Friendly no hassle. Paid what i thought i should pay .
