I just want to thank Clayton and Will for doing their best and getting my family of six including our one week old baby girl into a safe and reliable third row vehicle me and my hubby and the kiddos are very grateful for their honesty and after getting the run around by some other dealerships it was nice to finally make a deal after a week of looking for something bigger for our big family. I worked with Austin Babb and he was the reason I bought the car at this dealership. He was incredibly friendly, applied no pressure to buy a car and worked with me every step of the way. He even filled up the Subaru with gas, despite taking flak from the management (thanks Austin!)

My wife and I traveled to St. Augustine Nissan from Vero Beach to purchase a CHEVROLET IMPALA the dealers in our area were not sincere, honest or trustworthy so the 320 mile round trip was worth it. Boy was I WRONG. As of 5/14/2018 they have Not Sent my 300.00 CHECK AS PROMISED, They have NOT PAID OFF MY TRADE IN BALANCE causing me to have THREE CAR LOANS.

I just want to start off by saying thank GOD for Nissan of St Augustine! They saved my life when it came to getting a new car. I'm only 21 years old and I got my car from a dealership in St Augustine and to make a long story short they sold me a lemon(brake/transmission/etc issues)! Well I went to Nissan for something small and I walked out with a 2018 Nissan Sentra all black SV Edition! It was a total upgrade from my lemon and they handled all the pay off issues with the other car dealership. Special thanks to Clayton Fields who really helped me out of what would've been a costly situation! The atmosphere is WONDERFUL here (all friendly staff and the GM came and introduced himself) and they WILL work to get you in something nice and affordable I promise! Great service overall just need to work on car wash. The car was dirtier after the car wash. No problem, I will be back Because Jacksonville is too far to drive to get an oil change!

I have had great service from Morgan in the rental department. That's what made me decide to buy from St Augustine even though I bought last Nissan from Gainesville FL and live in Ocala. Miles,Ace and Joel went the extra mile to make this the best car buying experience I ever had. All those guys should be recognized with something special, maybe gift certificate to a local restaurant.
