Shopping for a new Ford F-150...

I purchased a new F-150 and received an awsome deal. The staff (sales, finance & service) did a wonderful job. By the way, I am a repeat customer. So that says a lot :)

Deceptive Advertising-Liars-Rude

This dealership advertises deceptively. They advertise Ford F1 50s at $15,000 off MSRP. They will not sell you a Ford F1 50 for $15,000 off MSRP. I went to this dealership to purchase a Ford F1 50 based on their advertise pricing and this dealer absolutely refused to honor their advertising. Their general response to things such as the Better Business Bureau has been that I was never at the dealership. That is an absolute untruth, I visited this dealership on two occasions. Don't think for one moment that this dealership is a locally owned a business. They are owned by Berkshire Hathaway automotive. They are part of a group that owns over 100 dealerships. When I file my initial complaint with the BBB this was nothing more than an opportunity for the dealership general manager to insult me and call me a liar. The BBB was useless. The response from Joe Myers as typical of their attitude. The chose to call me a liar. I absolutely was a customer at this shady dealership. I have offered to show them Ryan Martinez business card and they have refused to accept that as my proof of being there as a buying customer. They cannot accept the fact thst they engage in deceptive advertising, bully tactics, and as anyone can see from their response they are rude to customers. Accusing me of doing this on behaf of another dealership is ludicrous. BTW...this site is supposed to be anonymous.....they should have no way of knowing my identity.... These people are theyntype that give car dealers a bad name.

Purchased a cab/chassis F450 from the Commercial Department. Very impressed with the honest approach taken from the salesman at this dealership.

Wonderful Experience!!

My husband and I visited Joe Myers on 12/14/15 to look at a Ford Escape. To say we were not looking forward to the experience would an understatement. I believe my husband's exact words as we drove up were "Here come the barracudas." Were we ever wrong! We had the pleasure of working with Justin Watson and I can't express enough what a great experience it was. He gave us several options and really listened to what we wanted. There was absolutely no pressure and we really felt he was interested in what worked for us, not what was going to get a sale for him. After we decided on a vehicle, we then spoke to Wayne in finance and again, another great experience. No pressure to purchase certain packages, just gave us the options. In total, we were at the dealership maybe 2.5 hours if that much. We are extremely happy with your dealership and the Ford Escape. I am a long time Ford Customer and started off with a Ford Pinto back in the day..... and have always driven a Ford. Your dealership and the quality of your product only reinforces why I will continue to be a loyal Ford customer. Thank you for having such great employees like Justin and Wayne. Friendly Staff attentive and knowledgeable

Robert was great as usual my Escape is great just missing the large screen tv in the back. I pass by numerous dealerships on the way to Joe Meyers that should speak volumes.
