great service

I had a wonderful experience while I was there. My husband did not tell me that the work he was having done would take about 4 hours and I am 9 months pregnant. I was very frustrated when the service tech told me this. She was so nice and kept me updated and I was completely finished in two and half hours. She made sure to stay on top of things and get everything completed quickly for me. Thanks so much!

Excellent sales person, smooth process

It was a tremendously smooth process buying my new 2015 f-150. All negotiations were by email and phone with Rudy Majette. He was Never pushy and worked with me to get not only what I felt was a fair price on the new truck, but also a trade in I was satisfied with. Overall it was one of the better car Purchases negotiation I have had. Overall my experience was excellent and it went smoothly and quickly, especially coming from out of state to buy the vehicle.

I hadn't used Joe Myers service department for 15 years because of the poor service I had received in the past. Recently, I decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised. Gerald was awesome, super informed and took great care of me. I will definitely be back.

Outstanding!

My Service Advisor was knowledgeable of my vehicle. He kept me updated on the service progress. I left the vehicle overnight. I had casually mentioned the day I dropped it off that I may need a ride back to the dealership. He called me the following morning to see if I did in fact need a ride! The vehicle was washed prior to pick-up. Outstanding service from all aspects!

Great service.

Oil change. Staff as usually very helpful. Please quit with the too many phone calls and surveys. One survey will suffice!!!!

Great Customer Service!

The service department is great. Everyone is professional and courteous and friendly. I purchased a 2014 Mustang from this dealership and the process was the easiest I'd ever been through. I've already told all my family and friends about Joe Myers and I would definately purchase here again.

Joe Myers Ford #1 for Service

2014 Ford Explorer. Excellent service and my service representative, Elaine Latham, was efficient and courteous. She kept me informed as to service progress and recommended additional as to the safety of myself and my vehicle. I drive from out of town (45 min.) just to continue this excellent service. I could go to my hometown Ford Dealership, but why change when I am happy and know the expected service from Joe Myers Ford. I, also, trust Elaine Latham to help me make the appropriate service maintenance decisions for my Explorer.

Service Was Better This Time

Service advisor was very helpful by recommending a towing service and keeping me informed with the service progress which was important to me. Although my initial guess as to the source of my vehicle problem was incorrect, the mechanics did a professional job of diagnosing and repairing that issue and my laundry list of additional items. The service was done in a timely manner, and the car was kept clean. The final bill was high, but within expecatations for quality service.
