The best vehicle buying experience ever

I had an unforgettable experience at Joe Myers Ford. I purchased a 2015 Ford Explorer with everything I wanted with the best deal. The customer service was beyond what I could have imagined. I was treated more than a customer. I was treated like family. I will strongly recommend Joe Myers Ford to anyone. Service writer was very cordial. Estimate of time for return of truck was given. Courtesy car delivered me to my home. A follow up call indicated parts in stock and timetable was attainable. Second call advising truck was repaired bested time estimate by an hour. Well done!!!

Service

The facility very clean staff very helpful. Unfortunately I have to come back as there was a recall on my vehicle and the fuel pump had to be ordered as well as a glove box latch shipped from another dealership hopefully the return visit will go smooth. I was told that I live to far to be shuttled (16 miles) and have to leave my vehicle for the day...I wish you offered an affordable day rental as I have no family in the area to obtain a ride with ;o(

Great car buying experience.

Bought a f 150. Josh Harris was great. Everyone else we dealt with we're wonderful as well. Already recommended y'all to a friend and he purchased a truck from josh as well the next day. Looking forward to dealing with y'all in the future.
