The sales guy, Ethan, was perfect!

The sales guy, Ethan, was perfect! I showed up not really knowing what I wanted, but he took time with me. He asked all the right questions and listened. We drove a bunch of trucks and finally narrowed it down to the one I purchased. The kid is way beyond his years.! Frankly, my wife and I have been Joe Meyers customers for close to 30 years. Ethan is the first sales guy whose number made it to my contacts. We will be back next year to replace my wife's Expedition (Joe Meyers) and Eathen will be my guy! I will have to admit, I was disappointed in your service center for many years! Ultra slow service! You had to expect it would be weeks in service! However, since you opened the revamped service center, service has been terrific. I loved Danny, the finance guy. He was very helpful

If I would, if I would have known then what I know now I

If I would, if I would have known then what I know now I would have never used them. I purchased a very nice Nissan frontier from them 5 months ago and I still haven't been able to use it because they have not submitted any paperwork for me to register it. And what's worse is the finance person. Jennifer broussard will never return my phone calls, my messages or my emails. I still can't use a truck because I can't get it registered and I ask her who she sent the paperwork to in the state and she said she send it to the State office and no tracking number no nothing and I can't get any help from them whatsoever. Josh the salesman was great. I was able to get the truck shipped. I had to pay for that myself from Houston to New Mexico but since then I have not been able to use it or nor get it registered because of the failure to assist me with the registration.

The Joe Myers Service Team is always efficient,

The Joe Myers Service Team is always efficient, knowledgeable, and consistent. I would recommend anyone that’s loves the Ford brand to get one at Joe Myers Ford. You can buy at any dealer, but the service after purchase it what makes a dealership GREAT!!!
