It’s always family evertime we come here and we love everyone from the sales floor to the managers all the way to the service department. We have bought numerous vehicles from them and we will continue down that path. Mr. Lewis, was extremely helpful and communicative during the entire online purchasing process. We found and bought a used car exclusively online, sight unseen. When the car was delivered to us, it was exactly has depicted and described to us by Mr. Lewis. The two men delivering the car to us about 250 miles away, were very respectful and quick. Mike, Greg, and Rick were AHH-MAY-ZING! When I drove there, with a trade in knowing it was the last time I was going to drive it, I was blown away by the way they handle their job. The days of being greeted by a “pushy” salesman-GONE (my wife was actually texting with Mike the night before and receiving vehicle photos), settling for a vehicle our family doesn’t need-GONE (what they made available was perfect), being “pushed” into a deal-GONE (numbers were crunched to fit our budget and fulfill their contract), uncomfortable waiting/chill area/GONE (low lighting fresh espresso/water comfy seating area), signing tons of paperwork to shove in a filing cabinet-GONE (all documents were “signed” with an electronic pen on a cool huge touchscreen desk and a thumb stick was given to us for our records). And to wrap things up, a sweet bow on the hood for cool photo ops and full explanation/demonstration of all the vehicle’s bell n whistles. Mike and his teammates, including a gentleman named Paul I chatted with outside, showed genuine care, professionalism, genuine candor and friendliness. I’m recommending all to swing by, including my daughter, here shortly, to see what kind of sweet deal they could work for you.
