It's a great dealership however, what's the point of making a service appointment when I've been here for over 2 hours for an oil change.

Took my EDGE in for a noise, , they did many things maintenance wise, 2 days later got car back noise still there -$1601 in my pocket… Took it back, they now said the transmission was bad, would set me back $6,000 Took car to Mazda traded in for new CX6. It’s importent this was my 3rd Edge… Anderson Ford was bad but Planet Ford is way worst… called Ford customer service in Detroit and the refunded me $640 Enf of story. No more Fords for me and you know my advise to friend and family…..!!!
