He’s a scam artist, waste my time. The worst carbine experience I’ve ever had. Give me some lame excuse about my credit being high risk. Lol… my credit score is 800+. Come to find out they’re holding two or three points in financing to make up their money on the backend. They’re not there to help you there screw you. I do not recommend this location this dealership or the salesman.

Service advisor blew it out!! Stayed in constant contact. And got the car back before promised. Icing on the cake was had it brought to me.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!! They kept my car for six months. It took them 3 months to "fix" a leak, When I went to pick it up there was 3 inches of standing water in it. It took them a month to find and fix the real leak. When I went back to pick it up the second time, I found that the seats had mildewed, there was water damage in the console, the dash was cracking from sitting in the hot sun, and there was rust on the carpet. After months of arguing back and forth with them, I finally went and picked it up because they refused to take responsibility for the damage. The cleaned it up and that was it. My seats are stained, the dash is cracking, and there are pieces of trim falling off from sitting in the Texas sun after being flooded for 3 months. I will never recover the true value of my vehicle. I will never buy another vehicle from them and you shouldn't either. They have too much business to care about you. Their turnaround time is ridiculous if you don't have complications and if you do..........God help you. Because for sure no one else can. 10 out of 10 Would not do again!!!!!!

Kevin was very quick at helping me replace my bed cover on my new Ford without extra cost unlike other dealerships.
