The personnel is very friendly, they there to help you, they answer all my questions they honest people.

Car was brought in several weeks ago, stop/start doea not work. Was kept for several days, not fixed. Promised loner car, never heard back. This wasn’t the first Explorer but will be last. Totally unacceptable.

They were very respectful of our time and wishes. Most importantly, they did not use any high pressure to buy warranties that we didn’t want. It was a peaceful rather than stressful experience.

Ended up going to the QuickLane because the service writer quoted be a 2 1/2-3 hour wait. Was in and out in under an hour at the QuickLane.

Planet Ford of Humble showed a wide selection of the Trucks that I was interested in. When I arrived to look at the Trucks, there was only one available for purchase on the lot and it was a high end vehicle with way more options than I needed. Luckily I found a Truck at their sister dealership in Spring. Planet Ford of Humble made me a good deal on the Truck and a great deal on my trade in. I am very satisfied with the purchase of my new Ford Ranger. The salesman and the Sales Manager were very helpful making this a success and I will recommend them in the future.
