I took my vehicle in for noise coming from the brakes when backing up. They worked on it and repaired something else.. I still have the problem. Still waiting for a call to bring back in to correct the problem when brought in. I was told they were waiting on a mechanic to become available so that they could repair in one day due to not having a rental. This was something that was brought in when purchased.
