My vehicle was picked up at my home, serviced and returned to my homes the same day. It’s running smoothly and as expected today. Thanks Randall Reed’s Planet Ford.

I was told when I called to bring my car in for an oil leak it would be a day or two before they could look at it. 4 days later it still was in line to be looked at with no timetable of when it might get in to be fixed. I had to come pick it back up and take it elsewhere.

Service was very good and professional. Didn't hit me up like a salesperson trying to get me to purchase items not needed. Staff very friendly and welcoming to be there. Highly recommended for the service of your vehicle.

The salesman were great. Told them I was limited on time and Ken told me to come in and he would make it work. Went in made an offer and it was accepted within 30 minutes of being at the dealership. Ken had James help and he was good as well. Tried to pay the vehicle in full with my credit card but financing wouldn't accept payment with credit card. Had to leave and salesman said they would try and work it out. While talking to them think it was the sales manager that was there when we were talking was telling me to just call my bank and authorize my bank to charge my card. He was cocky and arrogant and kept telling me hurry and call so they can charge my card. Not sure his title but he had a full beard and kept insisting me to call my bank. I told him if he wanted the money that bad he would accept my credit card. Ken Called me later saying financing wouldn't accept credit card for payment. He apologized and said it was out of his hands. I Told them I would have to go to my bank when I got out of work. When I got out of work and went to my bank my banks system was down and I couldn't get a check. I called the dealership and told the salesman I couldn't get the check because the banks system was down. Ken told me he couldn't hold the vehicle unless I put a deposit down. I told him that wouldn't be a problem and I would put a deposit to hold it. While on the phone I could hear the same arrogant bearded guy talking in the background telling Ken they could only hold the car until noon and if someone came to buy the car and I haven't came with the check they would sell it. I ended up putting a deposit with my CREDIT CARD... that they wouldn't accept for payment. Next day got the check and went and picked up the car. Salesman were awesome and helpful. Sales Manager or whatever the bearded guys title was...was an arrogant jerk and needs some people skills and is making planet Ford look like a crooked dealership. Shouldn't have someone like that in charge and not a good representation of what you want your dealership to look like. I can understand the credit card issue but for that guy to act the way he did was unprofessional. I would have walked away from the deal if it wasn't for Ken and James and how professional and helpful they were. The manager needs to take some notes from them.

I really don’t know how to put how I feel about quick lane in Humble. Had work done to my truck, tune up, coolant, flush, and replacement, differential service, Dennis said I needed a catalytic converter, so I had that done. And in less than a week, my check engine light came on again, there ran another diagnostic, and now they telling me I need another catalytic converter. Something doesn’t seem right to me. My last truck, which was a Ford F-250, head over 350,000 miles on it, and I never had an issue with the catalytic converter. This truck only has 131,403 miles on it, and telling me that the catalytic converter is going bad because of the mileage. As I said, something doesn’t seem right to me..
