Very professional and courteous, Mr. Riley was an awesome salesman he got me into the vehicle I wanted. I have been a customer at this exact location for over 15 years and have purchased a total of 4 vehicles from Planet Ford over the years. Will highly recommend!!

I definitely recommend Randall Reed's Ford Planet Ford. I looked at a Truck at this dealership in January and just couldn't quite get the deal done. A follow-up call from the sales team brought me back to the dealership last month with a promise of "let's make the deal happen".. They did not disappoint. I drove out an hour later with a New 2025 Ford F-150. . Hector was the MOST knowledgeable Salesman I have EVER encountered regarding the Ford Product Lines specifically the F-150's. Financing was seamless -I was in an out quickly. Thanks Randall Reed's Team for making this deal happen.. Since buying my truck, I have sent two colleagues, they too were happy with their purchases and the car buying process.!!

Our experience with Randall Reed's Planet Ford was with the Quick Lane Auto Department owned by Randall Reed's Auto Dealership. The manager, Ricky, was an awesome person to deal with. I think he was one of the managers. If he is not a manager, he should be. He really has people skills. He made our experience really fantastic and that is very hard to do when it comes to car repair! Our transmission was gone and our mount(I think it was called that) was gone. He worked with us and our car warranty people, Endurance, to get both problems repaired with only our deductible due from us. He called Endurance and they agreed to pay for the repair of both problems. He was very patient and very helpful in getting our car repaired. He made sure everything was done right. I have never had car repair people work so good with us to get our car repaired.. These were two different times. We did not have a way home when we left our car with them. He had us bought home. He picked up the car when our transmission went out. He handled the Endurance Car Warranty part of the our car problem each time. Endurance was great in paying their part and having us to pay only our deductible. Ricky was very good at handling the warranty part. He did not give up on getting my car repaired both times, for the mount and the transmission. He was successful in handling EVERTHING. I would recommend Quick Lane because of the people working there. There was also the mechanic that worked on the car. I am sorry that I did not get his name. We really appreciate how well they worked with us and how they worked with the car warranty department. Ricky and the mechanic are really great people to take your car to at QUICK LANE at Randall Reed's Planet Ford. If you have a problem with your car, I really recomment QUICK LANE. They really worked with us to get our car working and they were very successful in getting it repaired with very low cost to us. It is doing great! Fantastic work! He knows what to do, very knowledgeable. Thank you Ricky. You made me a believer in Quick Lane auto repair and I pray that you continue to do excellent work at Quick Lane for your customers. There is another person that works there that will work with you. His name is Adrian.

Salesman was friendly,efficient and knowledgeable, wish finance could find a quicker way for their step in the process, only thing I was uneasy about was the mileage on the car facts and mileage showing in the car and my paperwork were significantly different and the reason given didn’t make sense to me but overall I’m happy!

Great experience. Jonathan made it easy and quick. As quick as buying a car from a dealership can be. It was my first time buying a Ford. If I buy another Ford Jonathan and Planet Ford will be my first call.
