Derrick the car salesman was very helpful by making the process of buying a new vehicle so easy. As a matter of fact, I was buying my vehicle while sitting in an airport.

I had an excellent experience at Randall Reed Ford. Kevin managed and oversaw the installation of a bug protector, power running boards and WeatherTech floor mats. He was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the process. Although I experienced a small hiccup with one of the running boards, he took ownership of the issue and made it right. He corrected the problem as quickly as possible and even went above and beyond by providing us with the rear WeatherTech cargo mat at no charge. That level of customer service and commitment to making sure I was completely satisfied really stood out. My Bronco looks great, and I truly appreciate the care and attention I received. I would gladly recommend Randall Reed Ford to anyone looking for quality accessories and a team that stands behind their work.

I can't say enough great things about Planet Ford Quick Lane Humble. The management and staff are absolutely amazing. Professional, honest, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding customer service. The quality of their work is second to none. They took the time to explain everything, completed the repairs correctly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It's hard to find a shop you can truly trust, but this team has earned my confidence. If you're looking for top-quality repairs backed by exceptional service, I highly recommend this shop. They have definitely earned a lifelong customer!

Great experience (again) but this time I bought a new car. Lyndi was wonderful to work with, as was Dominic and the "Tech guy"; I can't remember his name. Planet Ford will be my Preferred Dealer for my new car (Darkhorse), that is for sure.

We have always been treated very well here. They provide excellent professional, customer service. We have used this dealer multiple times over the years and plan to return when we have a need for a new car.

We have purchased our last four trucks from this dealership, which is why this experience was so disappointing. As returning customers, we expected honesty and transparency. We were given information over the phone that turned out to be false, which led us to make the trip to the dealership. Once we arrived, the situation was completely different from what we had been told. It felt like we were brought in under false pretenses just to get us thru the door and that we would buy something else. After years of doing business with this dealership and purchasing four trucks, we expected to be treated with integrity and respect. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed our opinion of the dealership. We value honesty, and this experience fell short of the level of customer service we 've come to expect. We hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to ensure future customers receive accurate information instead of being misled.
