Great experience with Randall Reed and Planet Ford! Mark Kolon made it so easy for us to trade in our car. From the initial contact to the end of the ransaction when we received our car, Mark was amazing. He helped us through the financing aspect as well. Juan in financing made it easy for us to get our permanent vehicle tags by communicating with our county DMV. Great experience with RRPF - Thank you Randall, Mark and Juan!

I would love to give this a higher review because Evan, the guy that worked on my car, was very nice and helpful however, they took 5 months to fix my car. My car was sitting on their lot for 5 months and I barely received any updates. Then I receive my car back with no gas in it.

Guy and Manny were amazing. They were very pleasant to work with. They listened to what I wanted and made it possible. I have never been treated so well at a dealership before.

Brought my ford in with 70k miles I bought new in 2019 for the same cam problem I brought it in 2 times before. I was told I need a new engine at 70K miles. Will never buy a ford again RAM trucks from here forward. 10k Past warranty and ford wanted me to pay 8700 to help replace a motor that obviously was defective from the start.
