Even with the second time around my vehicle remains with the same issue. Not yet resolved. Very frustrating. This is reflecting service dept, not service advisor. Amanda has been very helpful.

The parts people REALLY know their products. I trust them (especially Walter) to ask the right questions and help me with the correct part for the correct application to keep my Fords in perfect working order. Pricing is as expected because the quality of the Ford parts are predictably high. I can (and have) bought cheaper parts but they just don't hold up like the OEM parts do.
