I had to get my Bronco Sport repaired. They did a great job and communicated with me every step of the way.

I took my vehicle to the service for just a service light and they have had since July 3 and the communication is terrible.

Outside of the typical oil change & filter with tire rotation. The service department cannot fix big issues on vehicles. They will hold your vehicle for days without a loaner if you don't demand one from their management. Once the vehicle is returned after weeks of completion they is a 50/50 chance that they fixed the problem, sometimes coming back and saying we can replicate or see the issue with the car after telling the employee what the service is.

Advidor was very helpful and service was amazing. No wait at all. I will definitely be back.

Professional, easy to schedule, easy to drop off, great communication. Only one oversight, one of the recalls needed parts, but again great communication and the work was still finished in my scheduled timeline. Thank you

The service department was amazing like always. We called them up to get our oil changed and see if we needed some of the recalls that had been mentioned. Instead of having to come into the dealership they sent a technician straight to our house and did everything there for us. It was so smooth and easy!!
