Sales practices were not up front with all their explanations. I was disappointed with the experience and length of time having to make corrections. The time involved in the process was ridiculous. They got addresses and phone numbers wrong. Overall experiences would not bring me back. This is the third vehicle we bought here but that shows our great satisfaction with the product not the service.
