I would love to give this a higher review because Evan, the guy that worked on my car, was very nice and helpful however, they took 5 months to fix my car. My car was sitting on their lot for 5 months and I barely received any updates. Then I receive my car back with no gas in it.

Never have had a problem with Randall Reed. Always professional and courteous. They have always gone above and beyond to help me with any issues that arise. Hope they continue 😉 They are a great team.

Guy and Manny were amazing. They were very pleasant to work with. They listened to what I wanted and made it possible. I have never been treated so well at a dealership before.

Brought my ford in with 70k miles I bought new in 2019 for the same cam problem I brought it in 2 times before. I was told I need a new engine at 70K miles. Will never buy a ford again RAM trucks from here forward. 10k Past warranty and ford wanted me to pay 8700 to help replace a motor that obviously was defective from the start.

Brought vehicle in(2014 f250 diesel) with “check engine”light and a “”50 miles to engine shutdown”” emissions warning. Diagnosis came back with three codes. The quote was $22,000 for repairs- no options- no discussion to try to keep cost down. I took it to an independent garage specializing in diesel repair. Drove way spending only $3,300!!! Truck running fine
