MINI of The Woodlands

Took mini in for repair. Decided to trade in and purchase used. Incentive program was more to my liking and instead purchased new. Easiest, fastest deal from service, to used, to new car sales. Associates worked with each other seamlessly to make this purchase experience the fastest, easiest ever. Well done.

Jose did an amazing job helping me find the right car for me. We test drove a Toyota Prius and I was sold. They insured that everything was ready to go and the car was in top shape before I took it.

The service advisor, Jessica was great. She made sure I was well taken care of. The technician overlooked one of my concerns. I had to turn around after leaving. I had to leave my car overnight. It was unsafe to drive. The shop foreman and service advisor were great. Got me in a loaner. Parts are in this morning.

First things first, my wife and I could not have asked for a better car buying experience. We live approximately 3 hours away from "Mini of The Woodlands" but that didn't stop Senior Sales Advisor Brian from being responsive and accommodating from the moment I reached out about purchasing a vehicle. He kept me updated with the shipping times/process as well as making sure my mini came with everything I asked for. The actual buying process was hassle free as Brian had the ball rolling as soon as we made it to the dealer location. It was very nice having someone who felt like a fan of people being able to get the vehicle they love. A great experience with great staff that ended with me getting the car I've been wanting for a long time now.

The person I had been corresponding with was not in the office but I received help and I couldn?t get the car I wanted but they worked with me to get me into a car that day. It was a very stressful long exhausting process but after 5.5 hours I had my car.
