The person I had been corresponding with was not in the office but I received help and I couldn’t get the car I wanted but they worked with me to get me into a car that day. It was a very stressful long exhausting process but after 5.5 hours I had my car.

Service review
Once I talked to someone (Jessica), that listened to what I had to say instead treating me like a idiot everything went smooth as glass. I have a full coverage maintenance plan that covers just about everything but I always check first before I bring my car in for service just to be prepared if something is not covered. Which according to the finance man ALL maintenance is but I check anyway. First lady I spoke with just did Not listen to what I was asking and sent me on a wild goose chase. Once in the shop my car was fixed in a timely manner and so far so good!! I guess time will tell if the parts work! Lol Honest opinion it?s always a crapshoot with Mini in the Woodlands. I?ve been dealing with them for years and some of their people are awesome and some of them aren?t! Overall I do like this location.
