I went in for my first annual service.
I went in for my first annual service. I was immediately greeted by Selene who explained to me exactly what they would be servicing and the timeline and answered my questions. Selene kept me informed every step of the way. I needed to leave at a specific time for an appointment, and she was very sensitive to that. Met all my needs. Not a bad way to spend a couple hours of down time in peace. Thank you.
