As a new to the area and new to Mini Cooper of The Woodlands I could not be happier with my experience. My service writer, Selene Caballero was nothing short of professional, responsive, knowledgeable and great to work with. I am unaware of the Technician that performed the work, but I do know that I received my car back running like it did when it was new in 2012 and I drove it off the showroom floor. I was prepared to have the car at this dealership for at least a week. I was amazed when it was done and ready to go within 1-1/2 to 2 days. Considering the amount of work that was needed, this was exceptionally fast and very appreciated. I will inquire as to the possibility of dealing with both professionals when I need oil changes, service etc.

Great experience!
Great experience! Jose the salesman was very knowledgeable, polite and helpful in the buying process. I was assisting my youngest son on his first purchase and the whole process was positive!! The sales manager and financing manager both were equally enjoyable to work with. Never felt pressured or deceived(tactics that I have witnessed plenty in the car buying world). You’ve earned some future customers for sure!!

Mini Cooper - love it
Aaron, my motoring advisor, is wonderful. He spent hours with me until I felt comfortable with my car. I had problems w getting the AppleCar play to work. Also I customized my car.
