Brian Lowden was very pleasant to work with. He has a great knowledge with sales, customer service and a wonder sense of humor. Brian follows through with his promises on follow up emails and phone calls. He worked wonders getting my 2022 Mini ready for deliver and pick up and accommodated my time frame. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with the service I received. Way to go, Brian!

Mini of The Woodlands

Found my 2005 Honda Element over the weekend and inquired about it. My sales consultant, Jose, held the vehicle for me until I could come look at it after work. I knew I would be purchasing this vehicle before I even arrived, but the customer service was great! A smooth transaction and a few hours later, I was on my way. Loving my car, and even though I had a minor issue with a possible fuse being out in the car, I promptly called and let them know the situation and it is being taken care of in the next few days. Another display of putting the customer first. Buying a used car is just that?used, but Jose and everyone at the Mini of The Woodlands dealership put the customer first. Give them a try for your next vehicle purchase.
