The folks at MINI of the Woodlands are genuine good people. I never feel rushed. I recently had my 2021 MINI Cooper S 4-Dr hard top in for his scheduled service check. After the work is complete, he’s polished, vacuumed, and ready for more fun driving. Thank you MINI of the Woodland’s.

This is our second Mini. The experience with James Fife...
This is our second Mini. The experience with James Fife and Danny was terrific. The definition of customer service. Many service and protection options but no pressure to choose or opt out. The car was completely setup and customized to our driving and preference needs. One downside was purchasing with a single bank source (check) was not possible. The dealership owner required multiple payment methods that was awkward. We had to use two debit cards, a credit card and one bank check. I’m not sure the reasoning behind this but it would have been a much better experience to be informed well in advance of this caveat. No reflection on the great buying experience by James and Danny.
