MINI of The Woodlands

Would have gotten 5 stars but after my service was completed they did not wash my car and left fluids on my car. Plus they forgot I was waiting and I was sitting for 20 min saw my car and asked how long had my car been sitting there? The rep stated he didn't know. To make a long story short.. they forgot about me. I left very upset. Not intending on going back to that cite.

Even though I didn?t purchase from MINI Woodlands the staff was more than happy to answer any and all questions that I had regarding the used vehicle I was interested in. Would recommend anyone go to this dealership.

Very friendly and professional sales team that was willing to fix a few small blemishes on the vehicle to improve true Customer satisfaction. I had an unknown reason for a knocking sound from the front end. It took a fair amount of time to locate a faulty transmission support. But it was found and repaired. Because of our distance from the dealer, we were provided a loaner.

Service representative, Kelly, was friendly and courteous. Work was completed in a very acceptable amount of time.
