My experience was amazing.

My experience was amazing. My sales person, Garrett Skinner was such a good communicator. He helped me find the perfect SUV for my needs. Garrett was knowledgeable and made sure to explain all the systems. Everyone at Gullo was friendly, professional and made me feel like their only customer. I am now a Gullo customer for life!!

Salesman was helpful, but had to haggle too much to get

Salesman was helpful, but had to haggle too much to get the best deal. Payoff was listed on the sale paperwork at over $1000 more than I knew and told the salesman that I owed. Subsequently, I now will be getting a check back for close to $1500 which I will be paying out with interest over 84 months. This is not how business should be done. Also, no delivery instructions were given at the end of the deal to help me set up phone, navigation, blue tooth, etc.

They showed miles per gallon for a hybrid and I told them from day one I wanted a hybrid. The mpg is still NOT CHANGED ON THE WEBSITE. I ALSO SEE THIS ON OTHER FORD DEALER SITES! MAKE ME NOT LIKE FORD PRODUCTS. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Very clean and organized. Ali was a great representative for Gullo Ford and I would recommend him to anybody. The finance department was fantastic as well. Great experience, there was truly no xx.

I selected the vehicle online and began a conversation with Gullo Ford. All my questions were answered directly and promptly. The entire process was efficient and friendly. I worked with Christian Penaloza throughout. I was unexpectedly surprised to receive a follow up email which was very much appreciated.

I have bought two expensive vehicles from this

I have bought two expensive vehicles from this dealership, my next purchase will will at another Ford dealership. If you window shop on days they are closed you will have the police called on you, and they will show up in overbearing force. Apparently shopping for a new Bronco and looking under to see the shock color to tell if it is sasquatch or not is enough to warrant this very uncomfortable experience. It felt like they just wanted me to say something they could use to get an arrest for their quota. How much worse this could have been for Gullo if these police has their way and arrested someone who was mearly thinking about purchasing a 58k+ vehicle from them, that is not a good way to retain customers. I have been driving for 30 years now and never have I had a lot call the police cause I was looking at vehicles while they were closed. If you don't want people window shopping then you need to have no trespassing violators will be prosecuted signs. There are plenty of other dealerships that don't treat past/future customers as criminals. I am going to be in the market for either and f150 or a Bronco in the next year, but rest assured I will not have to worry about giving Gullo Ford any more of my business except for recalls.

We are sorry this happened on a day we were closed. Unfortunately, this area and most of the auto dealers have experienced much more frequent thefts of items on both new and used vehicles and most have occurred during the day, especially on weekends and days we are closed. We have Security Guards on premises to prevent theft. Catalytic Converters have been stolen recently. So again, our apologies.
