Not the experience I expected.

Not the experience I expected. I was sold a defect vehicle. Making a sale is what’s demonstrated, traded in vehicles are just appraised and resold, no maintenance done. This was the worst birthday, service didn’t care about the facts and handled this unprofessionally. General Management never returned my call. Utterly Ridiculous, issue isn’t fixed. I haven’t spent 4 hours in the vehicle I purchased. It’s been a week I’ve lost out on wages and still have yet to receive the vehicle that I was notified of, its still defect, check engine still on. I am however seeking legal action.

Purchased a car not even a month ago from auto nation

Purchased a car not even a month ago from auto nation ford and it already needed work done, I was lied to and told it was fixed when I took it to service just for it to start backing acting (jerking,scrubbing etc) up a week later and call back and they say oh we couldn?t do it. Unprofessional and worst experience I?ve dealt with in a while. But my salesman Mr.Stanley was great during the sale process.
