I purchased a 2024 Toyota Highlander from AutoNation Ford dealership in Mobile AL for $32,000 and was very pleased with the car, but not very pleased with the dealership after the purchase. After getting home to Covington, LA I realized that a small plastic cover under the side view mirror was missing. I notified the saleswoman Amanda by text on Saturday at 1:12pm along with a photo of the missing part. She stated: "Oh my gosh I don't remember it being like that, I'm so sorry, I don't know how I missed it." At 1:19pm Saturday, I tested asking if they would ship the part to me, I would install it. I didn't receive a reply from Amanda until Monday morning at 9:43am stating: "I’m so sorry I realized late last night I never replied! I’ll double check with my manager when he gets back in but I’m not sure if they’ll order it. They would’ve taken that into consideration when pricing the vehicle, but I’ll still ask!" On Monday at 7:00PM I texted: Any word yet? On Tuesday at 8:40PM she replied "Shoot I'm so sorry! Walter was on vacation, but I'll in early tomorrow so I'll check." Also on Monday morning, I spoke to a Sales Manager named Raymond and he said “I’ll get back to you by 10am this morning.” On Tuesday I called Raymond and he said, “I’m so sorry I forgot and I have a note right in front of me, I’ll get back to you today.” On Thursday at 3:47pm Amanda replied: "So unfortunately, Walter and my GM both said the piece wasn't missing when it was here, so they're not going to order a replacement." I asked to have the GM call me but no phone calls yet as of Friday at 1pm. So, after 5 days of text messages and numerous phone calls I called my local Toyota dealership and found out that I can purchase the missing part for $15.71, which means it would probably cost them about 8 bucks. Yours Truly, VERY DISSATISFIED!!!

I had a great service experience with my advisor. He was caring, thoughtful and thorough to make sure my vehicle’s maintenance needs were met. Great attitude, atmosphere and work. Will definitely be bringing my vehicle back and recommend to family and friends.

I went to AutoNation Ford to have my passenger window adjusted due to electrical issues for the 2nd time. After dropping my vehicle off I made several calls and texts asking when I could pick it up. I couldn’t get my service advisor to call or text me what was wrong or when the repair would be made for 2days. Out of frustration at not being able to have anyone return my calls or texts I went to retrieve my vehicle. After waiting at the dealership for an hour my Bronco was returned to me. I am still having issues with my window and am now searching for a new service department.

great experience, salesman (johnathon) was very helpful and friendly. the financial officer was nice and kind. the only issue i had was not having the right lenders to pull from i could receive a better interest rate from my bank.

I absolutely love my new Ford Escape! Best decision I?ve made in a while. The folks at Auto Nation in Mobile Alabama were exceptional. Mr. Terry and Brittney did everything they could to get me the best deal ever. Brittany in finance worked overtime so I could take my new vehicle home. I highly recommend Auto Nation in Mobile.
