The service department was very polite and clean. I waited for my vehicle to get maintenance work and it was completed in a timely manner.

I purchased a vehicle on March 7 2026, I had the car for one day and realized the shocks was out, I spoke with the GM after a week of getting the run arounds he had it fixed, in the process of the run arounds I called my bank to let them know what was going on. Once the car was fixed I called my bank back to let them know they fixed the car well in the process of the conversation and going over paperwork I asked about my down payment and the manager at the bank stated they did not need a down payment and that my credit was good! I reached back out to the GM and he had the financial manager call me, Thomas lied and stuffed so much to the point he ran out of lies and started naming names and Stated that the used car sales manager changed the price on my vehicle right after I signed, so when I got my paperwork for my tag it had a whole other price on the paperwork then I have. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM this company is so bad to the point other dealers knows this company has crooks work for them, but let the GM Maher tell it he don?t do business like that lies lies and more lies.

During the middle of February 2026 my wife's 2017 Escape SE 1.5L Turbo began running rough and the check engine light came on. I had the warning code analyzed and a code "P0302" came up which indicated a "Cylinder 2 Misfire detected. I did some reading and from all indications I had a bad spark plug, a bad spark plug wire or bad coil pack. The car has 134,000 miles on it so I decided it was time to replace all spark plugs so I ordered a kit that contained 4 spark plugs, 4 plug wires and 4 coil packs and was going to make the replacements myself. When I received the kit I found the job was much more involved than I thought so I took the kit to a local professional auto repair to do the work. The repair shop had done professional work for me on my cars for years and the owner is very professional and has been in business for over 20 years. The owner gave me a call and stated that he had changed 3 of the 4 plugs but the plug for cylinder 2 was was locked in very tight and he didn't want to put excess force on it because that type of plug would break with excessive force. He stated if I wanted he him to go any further with it he would call Ford and see it they had any recommendations. Based of this I decided to take the car to AutoNation Ford on March 11, 2026 and let them use their EXPERTISE in removing difficult to remove spark plugs. When I took my car to Ford I was not giving warnings that my end result would a $11,000 engine change. I noticed that the excuse given by the AutoNation technician was the plug broke when barely turned to see if it would move. Auto Nation was quick to blame the other shop for damaging the plug. How convenient of Auto Nation to do this. I thought I was bringing my car to an expert on removing a stuck plug but it appears no prep work was done on a known stuck plug. Expertise? Penetrating oil? Removal in several segments? I got my car back with the bad news on March 13, 2026. The unprofessional actions by Auto Nation service department personnel has resulted in my wife not having a car and has imposed a real hardship on our family. I have been trying to find another auto repair facility to replace the engine at an affordable price and have been looking to purchase another vehicle. I have not been successful. In conclusion I am very disturbed at Auto Nation Ford and will probably never bring a vehicle here again for service. Auto Nation Ford even charged me to break my spark plug. I am currently checking into legal action over the actions regarding my car. Please my sure the Auto Nation Ford General Manage reads this review.

Not the experience I expected. I was sold a defect vehicle. Making a sale is what’s demonstrated, traded in vehicles are just appraised and resold, no maintenance done. This was the worst birthday, service didn’t care about the facts and handled this unprofessionally. General Management never returned my call. Utterly Ridiculous, issue isn’t fixed. I haven’t spent 4 hours in the vehicle I purchased. It’s been a week I’ve lost out on wages and still have yet to receive the vehicle that I was notified of, its still defect, check engine still on. I am however seeking legal action.

I went in to purchase a car and he made it happen. The experience with the dealership and salesman were great, finance company not so much. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to contact Preston.
