We had a good experience here. We were able to get the vehicle that we were looking for. I just did not appreciate that not one person here was wearing a mask. There are several signs that say masks are required, but every employee did not have a mask on. Other than this, we are happy with the service and very excited about our new purchase.

I always bring my vehicle here for service and repairs. The staff here is excellent. That make the process of getting my vehicle worked on a great experience.

Went in for oil change, work was quick and concise. Scheduled appointment online and that was super easy to do very pleased with overall service.

I won’t go here again. They told me 24000 for my trade in and 39000 for the new vehicle. Got there to sign the paper and they did 23000 trade in and 41900 for the new one. I told Wes about the 24000 trade in and he said my car is only worth 22000 with a nasty voice. I then told him I don’t have to buy a new vehicle. I told him I have a text message saying 24000. Good thing I had the text messages or they would of lost a sale. Sales manager had to get involved. Always read everything! This is how they get you!!!

I had an appointment at 8:00 AM i was at the service center at 7:30. My truck was not looked at until 4:30 PM and then called to pick it up at 5:00 PM and was told they found nothing wrong with it. I live in crane and waisted my whole day for it to be looked at for 30 minuets after i had an appointment. The next dat=y it made the same sound it was brought in for.
