Salesman Christopher Hanie answered all questions I had and Jake Dolen explain all documents at signing. This is the type of service I had never experienced before. Service Advisor was not knowledgeable and could not answer questions or concerns, tried to talk to management and he was just as rude we will NEVER go back to this place for service or to buy another car!!!

I’m Sure the Sales Dept. is Great, BUT BEWARE...
This review is for my experience with the service department, but remember, you got to deal with them sometime after the sale... After reading the reviews and comparing them to my situation, I feel that they're probably okay to do an oil change or something quick and simple, but be warned if you have major repairs to be done. Read the other reviews regarding those repairs. There's a good chance you'll be swept under the rug and become one of the forgotten. It’s mind boggling to me how they have more than 3 stars on all these sites. Talking to people at work, everybody I’ve talked to that has had an experience with the service department are disgusted with them. They won't answer your phone calls; they'll always be busy or off at lunch or with a customer. Maybe that's true, I'm sure they're busy, but they definitely won't return your phone calls. To me that's not forgetfulness, it's not caring enough to remember to or make a notation to follow up. EVER. Wrote a complaint email to Lithia. General manager (the albeit) contacted me, apparently he's new. James Taylor. Spent 30 minutes defending his people. Awesome, I think you should (to a point). Then handle business behind the scenes. The problem I had with the conversation was this; I believe there's only two view points managers have in customer service. That's 1) can't make 'em all happy 2) Yes you can, what do I need to do? Obviously the second one needs to be within reason... I think it's that black and white and even through the housing market crash of 2008 and this last year, the motto of yes you can has served me well. The proof is in the pudding. He literally told me (as the customer) that you couldn't make them all happy. Well, if you never try, you'll never succeed and you'll probably make even more customers less happy. You're people have that attitude, too. You got your work cut out for you, like I stated, but something tells me nothing will change. Sometimes you just got to clean shop. Lithia needs to cut off the head. Actually emailed Lithia regarding all this. They gave me the run around. Basically, have no control over anything. They just refer you back to guess who? Yep, same local management that doesn’t care in the first place. Actually noticed they charged me $528. My insurance covered the costs. I’ve been in a few accidents and have never been charged over my deductible. When I brought it up to the GENERAL manager, he stated it was for rags and cleaning supplies... wow. Is that not the cost of doing business? Do I need to reimburse you for your rent too? Maybe the city taxes? I need to run my business like that! He actually stated to me “I was just trying to find things to gripe about now”... taking an extra $28 from my pocket when any costs over my deductible should’ve been forwarded to my insurance company is not looking for more complaints, it’s trying to not get ripped off by a shady company and people. Apparently I was right because they’ve stated I’m going to receive a refund for that now...at the time of this writing I haven’t yet... I'll take my money elsewhere going forward. I hope you feel you deserve better from these Permian companies and take your money elsewhere. Good luck.
