Emily in the Service Department is awesome. She is the only service advisor we use. Long time customers (over 20 years). She is the easiest to work with. Rocky needs 20 more like her.

Ongoing problems with my vehicle a/c. Still not working properly and my infant granddaughter cannot ride in my car due to this ongping problem.

I took my 2020 challenger for a oil change I'm driving home and my car starts smoking bad every time I step on the gas a big cloud of smoke is coming out of my tailpipes so I have to go back to all american so they can look at it I have to wait 3hrs for them to fix my car so I had to waste a whole day I got there at 700 am to get my oil changed leave and go back and I'm there till 600 I thought your techs were certified next time I will just drive the 20 miles to midland I won't go back

Poor communication from service department. I wouldn’t recommend them for any type of service. They will not keep you in the loop on the status of your vehicle. You pretty much have to bug them everyday

Service is okay but finance through your bank is high interest, Thank you! I will refinance through my bank in a month or so. Have a blessed day. :)
