Our brand new Challenger got damaged by hail. We took it in and worked with Regina through the whole process and repairs. She has excellent customer service and worked well with our insurance company. We were very satisfied with the repairs on our car.

I had one free oil change left on my truck, showed up and was told it was already two years old. They always have an excuse not to honor free oil changes. Same with car washes as well.
