2019 Dodge Charger a.c. still isn't working properly despite two visits to the service department within a year! Really getting tired of the runaround here!

Had to rely on Jose Tejada for info on my vehicle due to Arturo my service advisor wouldn't return my text after he sent me one letting me know I could communicate with him in that manner.

Our brand new Challenger got damaged by hail. We took it in and worked with Regina through the whole process and repairs. She has excellent customer service and worked well with our insurance company. We were very satisfied with the repairs on our car.

Poor customer service . Service advisor lied about my truck being worked on . The only reason they get business is because there the only ram dealership there. Qould not recommend

They Went above and beyond to help us and treating like family.... Already consider buying another vehicle from them. They all were Very helpful. Worked hard to get us the best offer.

I had one free oil change left on my truck, showed up and was told it was already two years old. They always have an excuse not to honor free oil changes. Same with car washes as well.
