Arturo was amazing, he was all smiles and very sweet. He gets the 5 stars for sure. Jose?, the shop manager on the other hand doesn't take well to pressure. He needs training on how to handle his stress levels. Also he needs to learn about parts and their locations. How can someone directly run a shop that knows less than their employees!? Doesn't make sense to me. I'm a female but I know what I'm talking about when it comes to mechanics he was totally off his rocker. Next time I ask for a shop manager. I want a real one.

Always a pleasure to do business with here at All American. Jason did an excellent job setting me up for my oil change. Don't know the name of the shuttle driver but he was punctual and polite. Have now purchased three new trucks here at All American have no reason to go anywhere else.
