The Ram dealership of Odessa has been absolutely amazing to me when my truck has had problems. The past month for me was kind of crazy with my truck’s transmission needing to be replaced as well as a flurry of other things. This all happened one after another and the service department was great. Emily Reddell has been helping me with everything through this time from getting me a loaner vehicle to keeping me updated. This is some of the best service I’ve had from a dealership.

My husband was looking for an updated car for me. We went to see Sammy at All American, and as always he delivered. We were able to find a car that was newer in a price range that we could afford. Sammy always makes us feel welcome and always finds the perfect vehicle for us. This is the 8th car we have purchased from All American and Sammy has been out Salesman on each one. Wouldn't trust anyone else. If Sammy ever leaves, we would surely follow.
