Jason was polite and got the job done!!!! It was a little expensive to have my locking lug nuts removed due to the buying dealership not providing me a key....but that isn't Jason's fault.

A few weeks ago my check engine light came on, I took my truck to Emily service advisor fro All American Chrysler Odessa, she went above and beyond to help, my truck 2016 Ecodiesel had a bad Turbo, ECM, EGR and many things all in one all got fixed and resolved in a timely manner, appreciate the help and service during this hard timed COVID-19 is no joke and all the department was working in a safety environment, well executed.

Excellent service.. had fuel filters changed out, balanced and rotated my wheels and a few open recalls my pickup had. All done in a very timely manner. Arturo is very friendly and knowledgeable. Not sure who the technician/s were but they seemed to do a great job as well. Overall great service!
