This dealership is a complete joke!!! They should change their name to the customer “don’t care” center. Truth be told the technicians are terrible and management is even worse. I feel DEFEATED and USED whenever I walk out of that place. My transmission was running hot and needed to be replaced so under warranty they replaced it. Since then I have been stranded on the side of the road twice. Im tired of paying for a vehicle I can’t drive. The service provided to me from their issued case worker was laughable if that. I won’t ever do business with this shady company again. A week later that truck is in the same spot the tow truck took us to collecting dust.. after all of this how can I have confidence that the truck is safe for my family to ride in it ?!?!?!?

My Dodge Truck has been in the service 1.31.20 to 2.20.20 they have lied and It still has NOT been fixed.... I was to get email today Norma said and I did not.
