I was very disappointed this time around.
I was very disappointed this time around. We bought a 2021 Chrysler 300 2 years ago and LOVED the service so we returned this year and I was not happy. Everything was so rushed. I wanted my windows tinted and have called every day to ask about the appointment and nothing as of today, a week later. I wish they would have rushed on that like they did for me to sign the papers. I did however LOVE the accounting lady, Rocio. It was after 8:00pm and she took her time and made conversation and was even so sweet to the cleaning lady.

They took car of me from the time I pulled in the parking lot … got my oil change while I enjoyed the coffee bar … they checked on me o see if I needed anything thru out my visit … customer service is always good
