Hi i buy used 2018 ford f 150 here i got the truck after 3 weeks .and the truck is 34000,00 and the heating is not even works and they dont want to fix for me..i dont recomend this place.....they tell me the service that truck.but not even the air filter change..

Oil change and tire rotation took 4 hours, no sense of
Oil change and tire rotation took 4 hours, no sense of urgency. Two vehicles that were behind me in line were done before mine was, when I asked a staff member what the status of my vehicle was they went and checked and said they were having trouble with the lug nuts but nobody had even bothered to notify me of the problem till I asked.

My experience’of ‘just looking’ while waiting on my oil
My experience’of ‘just looking’ while waiting on my oil change ended up with me trading in a car I loved for the 4 wheel drive I have been wanting for years. Cynthia was great, no pressure, just showing me all the awesome cars y’all had that I could like. When everything comes together and they make what you ask for happen, you pretty much gotta go with it! Thank you Cynthia and Jason, for making it happen. I have since taken a road trip with my 84 yr old mom. Through stormy weather, it maintained a nice smooth quiet ride! I am so pleased the way little Dan handled! Definitely a keeper!! Mom was enjoying the comfortable seating, and I was soo pleased that the car held the doggy playpen, and crate and our luggage in the storage area and the doggy hammock was able to hold Mom’s mother’s day puppy and we were all comfortable. The car handles like a dream and I know I was meant for it! I also like the way the cars vin numbers name the car..
