Service

I was very happy with my Dan Vaden experience. I was met in the service area by a representative and taken directly to sign in. My requests for service were discussed. I waited in the customer lounge with coffee and cookies in hand until I was notified that service was nearly completed. The representative made me aware of one more thing that needed attention and I was asked if I wanted to have that done as well. I did. New tires were recommended at the time of my next service. The rep was very cordial and offered to discuss prices for the tires when/if I decided to replace them. Very nice to interact with a person who has a smile on their face!

Working with Scott made what can be a huge hassle, a breeze when it came to buying my truck. The when staff was very friendly and welcoming and didn't try to just shove me into a vehicle. I will easily go back to Dan Vaden and work with Scott again!! Thank you again!

Great service

I live in Atlanta but no dealerships could find what I wanted and in my price range so I decided to look in Savannah and I reached out to Dan Vaden. In one or two days after talking to Sunshine, salesman Scott DeBrae called me letting know they found the car I wanted with everything I requested. His customer service was friendly, fast and efficient!!! I really appreciated that since I was buying from 300 miles away.

Unlike times before I didnt have to stand around feeling like a fool waiting for a service person to ad To acknowledge me. This time I was waited on the moment I walked in I didnt have to wait long for the service to be completed

The team was very helpful . Pretty efficient . The insurance girl wasn't very good at her job and texting someone the entire time I was in there. She tried say she was doing something else but I could see it plain as day . We ended up having to do her job for her by getting insurance on the phone etc. That is why I gave them 4 stars . Cody was easy to work with .
