I took my Corvette in for an Oil change and what I got
I took my Corvette in for an Oil change and what I got back was an oily greasy door with a crushed front spoiler. After I posted a bad review I got a call from the Service Manager Ray. He said that they would replace the part but I needed to change my review. That was on 05/25/24. I took the car in for them to see and order the part and was told it would be in less then week 4 weeks ago. I have called and gotten the run around, the part wasnt ordered Jackie and Ray arent available etc.... DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR in for anything there!!! If they can do this to me they will do it to anyone! I am not done with them yet, Dishonest and mean spirited!

Never delivered when promised for three days it was it will be tomorrow. Apparently the phones do not dial out because I had to call them, they only called me once.

Had to pay $400 to get a hose replaced that the warranty
Had to pay $400 to get a hose replaced that the warranty doesn't cover but should on a 3 year old vehicle. I was told parts would take 2 days. They had my truck for a week. And making an appointment doesn't matter. Not Happy!

HORRIBLE customer service.
HORRIBLE customer service. They are trying to charge us 1100 dollars to diagnose a bad transmission. We drove our Suburban into the shop for a shudder and loss of power issue and while at the dealership they informed us that it needs a new transmission and quoted us over $6100 to repair. I've looked into this repair and am very mechanically inclined and have found transmission shops do the work for 2800 to 4500 dollars depending on warranty inclusions. I DROVE our Suburban into the dealership and now have to tow it out of there because they have drained the transmission to perform their inspection and diagnosing. Would it be too much to ask to deliver my truck to me in the same condition that I drove it in there in. I'd recommend going anywhere but this place for any servicing needs. *****EDIT***** I went back in to discuss the diagnostic charges with the Service and Collision Director as I felt like I wasn't getting anywhere with the other service advisors and service manager. After explaining to the Service Director Brian my situation and experience with the service shop, we decided that the Original Diagnostic fee of $199 plus two hours for further diagnosing the transmission was fair and warranted for the diagnosis. I paid the $597 for their diagnosis as it is what I had agreed to pay when I spoke to the initial service advisor over the phone. $199 for my initial diagnostic fee, then was asked for a couple more hours to drop the transmission pan, a couple more hours is two hours at around 200 per hour. This would equate to around 600 dollars. This is what I agreed to pay. So, initially telling me I'd have to pay $1,100 to get my truck out of there and I'd have to tow it just didn't settle right with me. I'm appreciative of Brian taking the time to visit with me and remedying the overage in charges. I changed my initial 1 star rating and gave 4 stars as it's their average rating on Google I don't want my experience to influence their rating.

Whats the purpose of having a GM Rewards when an
Whats the purpose of having a GM Rewards when an individual cannot use his reward points towards repairs. My last bill came to $1325.83, And I told the service specialist that I wanted to use my reward points to pay down part of my bill. He immediately ask me for my apps and control number on my smart phone. I told him I didn't have a smart phone all I had was a flip phone with no apps. He told me that I was not allowed to use the Rewards. I asked him so what is the purpose of issuing reward points if you are not going to allow customers to use their reward points. He said go buy a smart phone. In other words your reward points does not work. You discrimate against Customers. Either you correct this or I file a complaint with the Arizona State Attorney Generals Office.
