Great to work with and went above and beyond

Victor was an amazing help….He got me going with a new car and did all the steps with me thoroughly.. highly respectful, patient and attentive on my needs couldn’t ask for more excellent service

Quality Team that Cares

I had a very challenging experience with an old vehicle with issues that were difficult to diagnose. The service team was persistent to find a solution, and the customer service was excellent. Throughout the process I really felt cared about as a customer and that the team was really committed to providing me with the best service for my vehicle, I highly recommend this location in O?Rielly Chevrolet east side, Tucson

Professional, timely, courteous!

Ricky has been a great service representative! We purchased a used truck at another local dealership just eight months ago, and it has had multiple problems since. Ricky and his team were able to correctly identify long-overdue maintenance issues that were apparently neglected by previous vehicle owner(s), and either undetected or ignored by the selling dealership. He and his team are currently working to get our vehicle running the way it was meant to be. Thanks, Ricky!

Every time I come here I get a service representative

Every time I come here I get a service representative name, Jasmine who acts like I am a piece of xxxx for absolutely no reason … I almost wish I didn’t buy my car from this location and get my service contract here because she makes it such a painful ordeal when I come in

Not good

Send a C7 Corvette to be fixed for electrical problems they did nothing didn't even put it back together right but they kept it for 5 days it did start

Disappointed.

Disappointed. I went in for electrical work at 109,000 miles and after the part was replaced I'm sitting at 166,000 miles. Lost resale value and was told odometer issue could not be corrected. Advisor Christian was helpful throughout the process. I did two voicemails for service manager Ann Edwards with no response. Bad customer service.
