I just bought a Crosstrex. I had been working with Joe Micoletti for a few months. He was very patient with me as I was looking at a lot of different vehicles. I brought my Outback in for service and the loaner car I was given sold me. I traded in my car that day. Joe made it all work. He was very helpful and made the whole swap pain free. This is my 3 rd Subaru.

Tucson Subaru is my favorite auto dealership EVER. Sean Johnson is my favorite sales guy, because he is so helpful and so easy to work with. It's almost like he is not a sales guy, just a friend who works at Subaru, loves Subarus and knows everything about them! Good experiences with service, too, especially with Jesse Friedman.

I purchased a car with Sean Johnson over the weekend. It was a great experience. It was all done quickly and efficiently and all of our questions were answered well. The negotiations on price and trade-in were friendly and reasonable. This is my second time purchasing a used car from Tucson Subaru and I would go back again in the future.

I bought a Forester from CJ Nichols in 2015. He was such an outstanding sales person and had done such an incredible job with the test drive, that I never forgot him. When I decided to look at an Outback, I wanted to work with him again. It was a great decision. CJ is still at Tucson Subaru and his long term experience has only enhanced his sales and marketing skills. He really knows his products and his genuine enthusiasm for the Subaru line is contagious. He has had a number of Subarus himself, so I completely trust his expertise. He is engaging, fun and a terrific salesperson who never does a hard sell, which I totally appreciate. I used to work in insurance marketing/sales and my former boss told me that a great salesperson makes a friend of his customers. CJ definitely follows that principle. He made me want to buy a Subaru, despite the fact that I initially wanted a BMW. That takes a special kind of person. It's a long day buying a car, but CJ never seemed tired or irritable. When he said goodbye, he still came off as genuinely happy, full of life and enthusiasm, and happy for me, which is a rare skill. I am SO glad I thought to come back to Tucson Subaru again!! He made it a singular pleasure to go through the car buying process. Thanks so much, CJ!
