Friendly, no pressure atmosphere with lots of choices on the lot. Displays of cars with various different rigs for Subaru cars.

Estevan the sales person did a great job of making sure everything was what I wanted it to be. He gave me several options and I felt comfortable with the option I was going with. However when it came to the financial portion of the process. There was a miscommunication between Estevan and the finance person Tracy Roberts. Tracy went through the option I didn't agree with and I had to discuss this with Estevan and Tracy. Tracy called me back that same day and understood the situation and told me to come back the first business day to get this fixed. She went though all the option I didn't want vs the ones I agreed with. The sale is final and she gave me the out-the-door price I was discussing with Estevan. For the record the finance person and the sales person need to communicate what the customer wants and ensures that is what the customer wants. If this could have happened I wouldn't have had to come back to the dealership. I do like that the dealership is flexible and understanding of customers. I am glad we came to a final agreement and I would recommend this dealership to friends.

The experience I had with Tucson Subaru was exactly what I expected. 11/10! They had amazing reviews, so I checked them out and was just amazed by the service. They lived up to the hype, and I ended up buying a car! Special shout out to my guy Estevan Rosas for hooking me up and will be telling everyone to go see him!
