I purchased my outback from this dealership years ago and have been a dedicated customer for service. However, since they installed AI for appointments, I was unable to get the service I needed. I even called the business office and spoke with Sally who said someone would return my call and it has been two days later and no one has returned my call to schedule an appointment for service. I am now taking my business to another service center in Green Valley. Too bad I love my car, but will not do business with this dealership again.
