This was by far the best experience I’ve had with a dealership. I’ve purchased quite a few cars over the years and can truly say that from start to finish, the process was very smooth. They sold me a car that had major mechanical defects and when I contacted them to ask them to make it right by giving me a fair trade in price they ghosted me after saying that taking care of customers they've sold a bad vehicle to would be a "bad business model". When I visited the dealership for the 11th repair in 16 months, a sales person offered me $4k less than a local dealership for the trade-in. The only good thing about this dealership is Brittney in the service department.

I highly recommend Tucson Subaru for both sales and service. Tucson Subaru has been great for servicing my vehicle ever since I moved to Arizona. As a result, I made a point to buy my fourth Subaru with them. Overall, this was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. In the past, buying a new car has been like having a dentist drill teeth without an anesthetic. This time was more like getting my teeth cleaned--a dreaded task, but, upon reflection after is was over, really not so bad.
