Tucson Subaru

I so appreciated Darla’s time today! I’ve been using my Subaru for a few weeks and just couldn’t quite get it figured out and she helped me realize I was missing out on some great features I didn’t realize I had!

Estevan Rosas is the most careful and patient sales guide. He showed me one car, I bought one car. No struggle. When I needed questions answered a day later, he was perfectly prepared to spend 30 solid minutes with me, demonstrating more features about my car. Definitely well-versed about Subaru. We came to the dealership to simply look at options for possible future leasing. Joe Micoletti was very helpful, very courteous , and did not pressure us at all. We ultimately ended up leasing a new Outback Wagon and the process was very quick and easy.

Debbie at Tucson Subaru was simply put, amazing to work with. She treated me with kindness and courtesy, answered all my questions, and helped facilitate the one hundred and one things that need to happen when buying car, including a Lyft ride the morning I bought the car. On top of that, her genuine enthusiasm for her job, Subaru vehicles, and interacting with customers and staff was contagious. All of this was a factor in my final decision to purchase the vehicle. I would buy another car there again, and will recommend her and Tucson Subaru to anyone who asks. Additionally, all the employees I interacted with were friendly. As always, do your research into the process before buying a car, wherever/however you buy.

Tucson Subaru is an efficient, patient, and professional team. Their team does what they do very well. While I'd had my heart set on a different vehicle when I arrived, Mike did an excellent job listening to me, what I was looking for in a personal car, and made a recommendation that fit my budget perfectly. It was not what I expected, but I left with a well-cared for used car I believe is the correct fit for me.

Darla deserves 10 stars. She did not make us wait, found us a parking place in the shade on a hot day, helped us personalize our many options, and was very patient explaining the vehicle features, sometimes multiple times for our old brains to absorb. A very worthwhile visit!!!

Our experience at Tucson Subaru was fantastic. We especially enjoyed working with our salesperson, Gregg. He was able to get the car to a price that worked for us without ever pressuring us. We love our new car!
