Service beyond reasonable expectation.
I had an intermittent air conditioning problem with my 2014 King Ranch. rather than assuming that I didn't know my cold from third base the dealership technician continued his search until he found a very well hidden connector which was not firmly seated. Problem solved. The cab of the truck agin feels like the Arctic. And that's a nice thing to feel in August in Texas. I love my truck and am passionate about my dealership, Tyler Ford.

Great shop to get the cars serviced!!
I have a 2013 Ford Edge. We also have a Ford Truck and both go to Tyler Ford to be serviced. Joe is our service manager and he always takes care of me. Even if something isn't quite right and I have to take it back in, they get it taken care of immediately. I know I am not being nickeled and dimed there and I know Joe is making sure I can stay on the road and my vehicles are safe. Joe is 100% the reason why we would choose to continue to have Ford Vehicles. If I didn't have consistently positive experiences with him, I would not do a lot of business at Tyler Ford.

Quick service for recall notice
My Explorer had a recall. They took care of it immediately. The service department is great to work with. The only problem I have is the phone service. It keeps you in a loop and no one picks up the phone. If you call back, the secretary answers and tries to connect you to someone and sometimes it works and sometimes it goes back to the system loop.

My vehicle was brought to Tyler Ford for a recall issue. While I was there, I had the safety inspection done as well. The staff was very courteous, and the service was completed in much less time than I had anticipated. Good job.

This is the third vehicle I have leased from Tyler Ford ( Edge, 2011 Explorer, and 2014 Explorer). Their representative Josh Minick facilitated our business on all three occasins and made the transactions go very well. Their business manager was very professional as well.
