Great Service, Great Deals
2014 Ford Fusion Josh Minick was great. Period. From the moment we set foot on the dealership Josh was there to help us with every possible question we could conjure up - we were rather inquisitive. He was very polite, knowledgeable and in general made us feel quite comfortable with our experience at Tyler Ford. 2012 Ford Diesel
I called Tyler Ford talking to Joe Frances in the service department about a light coming on my truck. He got it in the next day to check it out and they needed to keep it longer to figure out the problem. They did a very good job getting the truck repaired and calling me saying it was ready to pickup. They did a awesome job with my 2012 Ford Diesel.

Great Care
Our front tire on our new Fusion hit a curb. We were preparing to drive to a distant location and wanted to check the alignment before departing. As a turned out, no adjustment was necessary. Both the alignment check and a 12-point inspection was completed with no charge! This was very gratefully appreciated!

Friendly and good service
I had a problem with the tires and brakes. I took the vehicle into the maintenance department. A mechanic got in the car with me as I drove it and he heard the noises that I was hearing. I made an appointment that was convenient with the maintenance dept. and myself to have the problems fixed. I was given another vehicle to drive while mine was being repaired. I was very pleased with the outcome of the repairs. The noises were gone. The vehicle is preforming very nicely. Mrs. Hughes
