Ford Truck

2012 Ford Diesel Truck, I love my truck. The service crew did a great job getting my truck in and out. The staff there was very helpful getting my truck fix and getting me ride back and forth. Thank you.

Great Service, Great Deals

2014 Ford Fusion Josh Minick was great. Period. From the moment we set foot on the dealership Josh was there to help us with every possible question we could conjure up - we were rather inquisitive. He was very polite, knowledgeable and in general made us feel quite comfortable with our experience at Tyler Ford. We are in fact, truly satisfied with Josh's outstanding character and professionalism that was displayed and will always think of him first when we look to purchase more vehicles in the future.

2012 Ford Diesel

I called Tyler Ford talking to Joe Frances in the service department about a light coming on my truck. He got it in the next day to check it out and they needed to keep it longer to figure out the problem. They did a very good job getting the truck repaired and calling me saying it was ready to pickup. They did a awesome job with my 2012 Ford Diesel.

Dependable with great service

I trust Ford vehicles, they last longer, and the dealership has good service. Eventho they have a recent recall on my Taurus, I love it!

Great Care

Our front tire on our new Fusion hit a curb. We were preparing to drive to a distant location and wanted to check the alignment before departing. As a turned out, no adjustment was necessary. Both the alignment check and a 12-point inspection was completed with no charge! This was very gratefully appreciated!

Friendly and good service

I had a problem with the tires and brakes. I took the vehicle into the maintenance department. A mechanic got in the car with me as I drove it and he heard the noises that I was hearing. I made an appointment that was convenient with the maintenance dept. and myself to have the problems fixed. I was given another vehicle to drive while mine was being repaired. I was very pleased with the outcome of the repairs. The noises were gone. The vehicle is preforming very nicely. Mrs. Hughes
