Buyer Beware! Lacking Ethics!

Had a deal done on a truck and they had an email from my bank stating it was approved and consider it sold but they took a deposit on the truck from a walk in and then told me sorry truck is sold.

Worst Dealership

Emailed, texted & called dealership, I could not get an answer to my questions, was told a technician in service would call me back. NO ONE called or texted or answered email, so I called & was on hold for 90 minutes, when someone finally answered it was NOT the service dept, & my call was placed back on hold. WORST dealership I have ever dealt with... How can FORD allow this situation @ one of their dealerships.

My salesperson, Carlyle Cooper, was knowledgeable, patient, and committed to customer service. Integrity and honesty depict this dealership. They will be my "go-to" dealership for my future purchases. Mark Larson (finance department) made sure that all of the paperwork parts of the deal were seamless and easy to understand.
