Service Department is absolutely deplorable.

Service Department is absolutely deplorable. It took over two weeks to get my truck back due to fuel that was put in it by the dealership that had water in it and after being threatened with violence from a service department sales person who would not give me their name.

Dealership had a good inventory, inside was clean and vehicles were as clean as possible as interstate construction outside their property was creating an enormous amount of flying dirt . Our salesperson Zach was perfect. He was respectful, not pushy, very knowledgeable about the vehicles, pleasant, dressed appropriately and we could not had a better salesperson. Sales manager Quentin allowed Zach to work directly with us without us being pushed into his office for another presentation. Before we knew his position, we initiated a couple of conversations with Quentin and found him nothing but pleasant and professional. My observation was that he was there to support his salespeople and help their customers. A real leader! Josh the financial person was personable, very efficient in his job tasks and not pushy. I’ve purchased nearly 50 cars and trucks in my life. This sale, from start to finish; was seamless. I highly recommend this group.

My service advisor, Sam is by far the best I’ve had there

My service advisor, Sam is by far the best I’ve had there or anywhere else. He was very easy to work with, extremely communicative, and a very nice guy. Sam made the process so easy and efficient. The only critique I have is when the tech installed the new tires, they got into one of the wheels, putting a deep scratch in one of them. Not a huge deal because the vehicle is 5 years old now but had it been newer, this would have been a bigger deal.

I was extremely impressed with Marco.

I was extremely impressed with Marco. He took a lot of time to explain all the features of my car and even helped me trouble shoot some issues with my phone’s Car Play. He made a point to check up on me the next day and has been quick to answer any questions that I might have. He also helped me get the best deal possible on my car and was a very low-pressure salesman.

This was honestly the smoothest and hands down the best no-pressure experience that I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Shawn and Dylan are truly top notch professionals. I would most definitely recommend and purchase another vehicle again. Thank you very much, I love the Denali !!
