Best car buying experience ever! I recently purchased a new Diesel Suburban. The experience was incredible, however it was picked out well in advance. I Had expressed my hatred of purchasing a vehicle. This is because of the process of selecting the vehicle and haggling over the price. I was fearing my latest purchase. However Jacqueline met and exceeded my expectations once again! I had expressed this to her and she assured me I would be taken care of. When i arrived, she showed me one vehicle, the Colorado that I purchased. It was not necessary to look at any others or haggle as it was the PERFECT fit at the right price! Jacqueline truly understands my needs. Because of her outstanding efforts and personality Rick Hendrick is My dealership period. I will not be shopping elsewhere. In fact she is working on another purchase deal for me now and I hope to make many more deals in the future. Thank you Jacqueline for all that you and your team did to make this such a pleasurable experience!

Jason K. helped me order a 2022 Camaro from the factory just the way I wanted it. He was always quick to respond when I needed help and gave me periodic status updates as the build progressed. When the car came in, Jason sent me pictures of it and kept his schedule flexible for me as I had to drive a few hours to take delivery. The process at the dealership was smooth and painless. Jason had all the sales paperwork prepared ahead of time. Nick from finance made sure I got a great rate and tailored the financing to exactly what I wanted. Overall, I could not have had a better experience ordering and purchasing a car than I had at Rick Hendrick Chevrolet of Charleston.
