What a Wonderful Car buying experience i had

This is without a doubt the best dealership in Charleston to buy a vehicle from. From being greeted at the door to test driving and finalizing the deal it was a smooth process and Les went above and beyond the call of duty to make my truck buying experience wonderful. i’ll be back when i need another truck and will always recommend Rick Hendrick Chevrolet to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle

Hostile and vindictive

Not only was the man named Les extremely rude and hostile to deal with, he lied about me defaming me to my employer. He is not aware I had my cell phone on recording him and a witness. He left me shaken and when I found out he lied about me and purposely defamed me I decided for the first time in my life I was going to sue. I went in innocently to pick up a brand new vehicle and was verbally berated and attacked when I inquired about the fact the car had dried mud on the carpets and inside floor panels, and the windows inside and out were firlthy black when I cleaned them. There was no gas put in the car, droplets of oil and no washer fluid. Horrible experience. Disgraceful behavior and zero customer care. I am a senior and a global traveler and former business executive. I do not recommend doing business with this dealership. They are hostile and upsetting to deal with.

Came in to look at trucks and got to work with Alex D, Jeremiah F, and I think cannot praise them enough. they were incredibly personable and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. They even helped me transport my new truck home so i didn't have go drive my car home and uber back. they were so patient with me and were just a pleasure overall. They even laughed at my jokes and pretended I was funny 😆 . thank yall so much! I’m so in love with my Colorado

Alan Kelly was the sales agent that handled my purchase...

Alan Kelly was the sales agent that handled my purchase of a 2020 Malibu. He was very nice, friendly, and sincere. The dealership was clean and appealing. All the employees I encountered were friendly. The day after I purchased the car, I had a couple of questions and a salesman named Jazz helped me with some of the electronics questions I had. Very friendly and helpful.

Thank you for the service coupon. I won't be using it now...

Thank you for the service coupon. I won't be using it now or ever. I had two of my cars serviced a week apart and both were returned without doing several areas I had asked for. Also we had a dash alert for service for a low tire and the dealer wanted to replace all the sensors in the wheels, I went to FIRESTONE and they added air to the spare and the problem was taken care of. Also had a $1500 dollar estimate for a brake job that was not needed and we had that service done at another dealer with very good service, can't see how you stay in business?? I did contact the dealer after the bad service and never heard back, so I guess you don't care. Several years ago you guys were pretty good but not now.
