Just bought a new Traverse form Rick Hendrick Chevrolet. Was impressed with the dealership. Lot's of inventory when no one else has any, great sales and finance people. My salesman, Alan Kelly, was extremely knowledgeable about the product and the car business in general. Very impressive and I highly recommend him.

Service contract
Can’t service what they sell so why buy from them or buy a service contract! 3 weeks to get an appointment!! I won’t deal with this dealership again as service manager was not available and another service person just asked what can I do to help U? Duh? My car is over heating , 3 weeks !!!??
