July 2020 took my corvette in for service and there was an accident and my baby received body damage. Needless to say I was devastated. Mike Oglesbee took control and the repairs were done correctly and very quick and with an amazing detail my baby came home to me looking near new.

Honestly probably one of the worst experiences attempting...
Honestly probably one of the worst experiences attempting to purchase a vehicle and we will never, ever be back. Salesman (Jason) was shady. Finance was shady. We have good credit. We have paid off vehicles. And they still tried giving us a ridiculous interest rate. The salesman even tried getting us to sign papers without even knowing what our interest rate would be. He couldn’t even give us a straight answer because “he’s just a salesman” Had to ask 6 times before we finally got a manager to tell us the interest rate. Needless to say, we walked away. Young people...be smart because they are only in it for the money. Shop around and don’t settle. Crazy how we go to a different dealer a few days later and get half the interest rate and got a great deal. Sad that major corporations only see dollar signs rather than thinking about people’s well being.

"Very Surprised"
I recently bought my fourth vehicle for RH auto group last month, not to mention I purchased a truck from them back in 2018, that's two vehicles in less than two years. But, this experience has turned me off on potentially doing future business or recommending this branch to friends and family. The prior three buying experiences were beyond great. Which is why I drove from Moncks Corner to buy the fourth vehicle. I'm very surprised at how poor the customer service was leaving that day. Starting off my salesman did a fair job at finding promotional discounts that Chevy offers to all customers. He then negotiated just one time to get me an okay price for the vehicle I wanted and my fully paid off trade-in. I felt as if he could have tried to get a better deal for both the trade-in and money off the purchased vehicle. So once the sale was made he began to bring all associated paper for me to sign, with little explanation. Next was I pushed to a finance member, he was easily the worst person I had to deal with that entire day. His agenda was pretty clear, push hard on maintenance packages and warranties, to which I wasn't interested. Once I made that clear, he completely switched gears and rushed me through all financing paperwork without explanation, "click and sign" fast. The only document he really spent time on was the "Nothing Owed" form. Maybe because it was getting later in the day, his attitude was less than pleasing. After walking out the door and driving home, I realized they never told me what company was financing my vehicle or interest was applied. I'm sure this finance member quickly decided on the highest rate for my 822 credit score. Regardless, RH saves all documents in a thumb drive for the buyer to keep. At home, I quickly plugged it into my computer ran through the documents and decided to head back to the dealership the next day for a better explanation and to retrieve something I left in my trade-in vehicle. The next day I meet with a different finance member and asked if he could review my purchasing documents and answers some questions I had about a closing fee. He informed me that all paperwork should have been reviewed on the day of purchase, which was clearly not the case. He decided to get a manager to hear what my problems were. This manager was less than helpful and slightly rude to speak and keep repeating, the same things over and over. I explained to both of them, this finance person never reviewed any documents of importance and which left me wondering who am I paying for this vehicle and at what price. This manager and finance member had no capability to help with my issues, sense all paperwork was signed and submitted. So their responses to help me out were nothing but hollow. I informed them I will be working with my own financial institute to refinance within the next 30 days. I then left the dealership angrier than when I first walked in. These are the actions I experienced and will most likely discontinue business with RH auto group.

Warranty Work
I had a warranty issue (paint related) with a car that I got from another dealer out of state and was referred to Hendrick Chevy. Was put in touch with David (Mike) Oglesby, their service manager to confirm coverage, see what the problem was, etc. From the moment I met Mike he was the absolute best to work with, he assured me there would be no problem dealing with the issue I had and it would be covered 100%. The communication was also outstanding during the whole process as he asked what days would work for me to bring the car in and subsequently when I would need it back after the repairs. Both times he met the time frame that I needed. Bottom line is Mike is a rock star in my book and if you ever need service and/or warranty work check out Hendricks and more specifically Mike.

Service Advisor
I would like to thank one of your Service Advisor's ,Danna Bostick, for the help she gave me this morning. I could not get the trunk of my 2011 Malibu to open. She tried for 10-15 minutes then checked with a service tech. It would be a long wait before I could get it looked at. Found out by pulling down the back seat you could get access to the trunk and the fuse panel. Danna crawled back into trunk and released the thunk lid. The fuse was good... she noted I had a wire running over the edge of the trunk lid that I used for my trailer, moved to out of way and closed lid. Tried the switch... IT OPENED... She said come again.. That is what I call GREAT service... Thanks Again Jimmy Kimbrell
