Great service
My wife and I were about to head back home when our Equinox started acting up. After being towed to Rick Hendricks Chevrolet on Savannah Hwy, we were checked in promptly by Jesse McCall. Since we were travelers she pushed us to front of line. Within few hours they checked car and made sure its safe for 5 hour drive back to Atlanta. It was one of the best service experiences I have ever had. Strongly recommend RH Chevy.

I appreciate the time Mr. Adkinson spent with me. My last car was bought 15 years ago. So, quite naturally, I was nervous. Mr. Adkinson calmed all of my fears. I am proud to be a Chevrolet owner and proud to tell everybody about the great deal I received.

Great dealership - they go above and beyond
Great deal from a great dealership and team. This is my 3rd vehicle I've purchased from Rick Hendrick Chevrolet. They've known that we were looking for a Chevy Traverse for well over a year now. As soon as one popped up that was a great deal, Nouzar gave me a call, and we are now the proud owners of a super sweet Chevy Traverse Redline edition. Not too many of those driving around town. They were reasonable on price and bent over backwards for us to make the deal and ensure we were satisfied. They even held on to it long enough for my wife to test drive other inferior vehicles (of course they knew we'd be back!!!) Can't say enough great things about RH Chevy. They are my go-to dealership. I've finally got my wife in a chevy so now we will just go to RH for all our vehicle needs. Thanks guys for another great experience!

Bought a like-new 2018 Chevy Traverse Redline

Misinformation and wasting my time
I purchased a used Chevy Spark from 'another dealer' and needed to get a back up key. Unfortunately with the new transponder keys you can't get them made at a regular key center. So I called Hendrick and talked to two separate people (I didn't have the VIN number the first call.) I was told I needed proof of ownership and a photo ID to get a key made. I took my lunch time to visit the dealer only to be told that my sales receipt was not proof of ownership because it was from another dealer. They also said an insurance card would work, but I just got the car and don't have that yet. Sorry I didn't get the woman's name who was behind the counter, but I'm sure it's not her fault. Just following the rules, right? It would have been super helpful to get that information on the call prior to wasting my time. Now I have to head over there again and use another lunch break. Oh, cost of a key for the car - over $100. Quite a racket they have going. Update: On my return visit they did cut the key for free because of the inconvenience, so I've updated the rating. Normal key cutting fee is $25, so in the end my cost was 75. Still ridiculous for a key, but what are you going to do? they got you by the short curlies. You can order a key online and hope they will cut it for you and only charge the cutting fee, but that's a crap shoot. As I stated earlier, standard lock shops can't cut these type keys (or so I was told by the person behind the counter at Lowes)

Wonderful Experience
Even though we did not purchase our Z06 from this dealership, we must take time to sing praises of ErnieOuzts! He was the ONLY person from five dealerships we contacted online who responded quickly and gave us exactly what we requested. Sadly, even though his car was our first choice, we could not agree to purchase price. We ended up ordering a 2018 from a local dealership in Oklahoma. Do not hesitate to contact Ernie if you?re in need of a Chevrolet! He is exceptional and has a great sense of humor.

Awesome experience!!
Nouzar is awesome!!! He greated us with as soon as we walked in and never once came across as pushy. He really helped us and explained the whole process to us as we were first time car buyers. He made sure we knew everything about our new camaro when it was delivered to us. ASK FOR NOZE!!! He really made this an experience to remember!

Service Adviser, Wayne goes above and beyond.
