On Sept. 27th I called Wayne and explained the situation with my wife's car, an 06 HHR. Wayne said I should have it Towed and I agreed. He explained that the type of service need was about 2 days behind. I said it didn't matter but I wanted my wife's car to go only to Kelly for the needed service. Wayne said he would mark the invoice Kelly only. To my amazement, I was called the next morning with the diagnoses. I told wayne to have done whatever was necessary. Friday I was told the car was ready. I want to say that a person could not receive any better treatment than what was given.. CUDOS to Wayne and Kelly. Respectfully, Loren H. Madden

Hendrick Chevy

After a week dealing with the issues associated with a major car accident that totaled our last Tahoe, it was great to come in this Saturday and have the both of you make it so easy to replace the car. Patrick, I appreciated having a Tahoe that matched our old one waiting for us to look at when we arrived. We look forward to purchasing our next car with you.

Great experience!

I will be back to purchase another vehicle soon for my son who driving. I will be back again to purchase my next vehicle. Client adviser Nick Rogers was wonderful to work with. He told me from the get go that he would not allow another dealership to sell me a vehicle at a better price and he and Jason Strachan (new car manager) stood true to their word.They got me into the vehicle I wanted at the price I needed. I was unsure on my paint color preference and they were very patient with me as I changed my mind once on the color :). They did not make me feel like a burden, they simply set out to find the Tahoe I wanted in the color I wanted. I feel I got the best price of any dealership in the area, and also the best customer service. Nick took the time to show me everything about my vehicle, whereas other dealerships never did this. He was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I'll be back and I will be recommending this dealership to all my friends and family as well.

Terribly disappointed.

I have had excellent service here before (when I was paying $1600 for an elective service) which is why I came back, but this survey is about my most recent experience. I was offered a loaner vehicle while my truck was in the shop to evaluate a breakdown. I was then evacuated for Hurricane Irma. I told my service advisor the date I would be back, and why I was out of town (Irma evacuation). I was never told how much the loaner vehicle costs, or that I would even be charged for it at all. At the recommendation of my service advisor, I elected to have my transmission rebuilt at a shop her friend owns down the road, and thus, didn't agree to anything more than a diagnostic at Hendrick. After the evacuation (even while there was still flooding in Charleston) I got back in town late Tuesday evening, exactly as I had predicted w/ my service advisor. I called first thing Wednesday morning to tell them I'd be in soon with the loaner. To my surprise, a $323 charge was added to my bill that I didn't approve. The service advisor said non-chalantly 'Oh. That's for the loaner.' I was infuriated. Had I known the loaner would have been more expensive than a rental, I could have made other arrangements. Also, even if I was notified of the price at any stage in the process, I don't feel like I should be charged for the days that there was a mandatory evacuation of Charleston. There was no accommodation. No explanation. No apology for failure to disclose charges. No empathy. Nothing. Just a bit of attitude when I took her advice to have my Tahoe serviced elsewhere for half the price (again, at the recommendation of my service advisor). Horrible experience. Very different treatment when you decline unreasonable service.

I am in search for a used Dodge Charger and your company has been helping with this matter. I have not found the right one yet.

Great place and great people!

The Service Manager, Mike Oglesby, was fantastic! Jess, his service writer, was extremely helpful! They made me feel like my business is important to them and they did everything they possibly could to earn it next time. I'm very happy with my experience! Mike Oglesby and Jess deserve a raise!

2017 Corvette Grand Sport

I had to travel 120 miles from home to be able to order the Grand Sport I wanted on virtually the last day of the 2017 order period. Rick Hendrick's sales team came through and worked overtime to get my order accepted by Chevrolet. The car arrived a few weeks later in perfect condition and beautifully prepped. I highly recommend buying your next Chevy or Corvette from these guys.

Bought my new Equinox over the phone. Great deal

Called the dealership and got a great deal over the phone. Completed everything online and they even brought the vehicle to me. Tony Holmes and Nouzar made this the best buying experience ever.

Truck Repair

Jessica McCall was at my truck as soon as I pulled into the service bay. She asked me what she could do to help me. I told her of my problem and she immediately went into action. She put me at the top of the list since I was on vacation to be worked on and be on my way. She is very commendable in the rapport that she has with the clients. She has set the bar HIGH for all of the service managers at Chevrolet dealerships across the United States. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!
