Not happy with the communication that was (not) received about my car being without a part for almost 3 months. Very condescending and rude service department staff and i will not be using rick hendrick chevrolet on savannah highway for any car services again.

Recently purchased my first Chevrolet, was due for an oil
Recently purchased my first Chevrolet, was due for an oil change this past week, so I decided to return to Rick Hendrick for my service. I was greeted by Max and Sarah in the drive-in. Sarah and her trainee Max were the best part of the whole interaction, they were kind, courteous, and did not hesitate to assist me in the smallest of needs. My oil change was done so quickly I think it even beat some of the other dealership service centers I've been to in the past. I would like to just express my gratitude and excitement to return for future services. Thank you so much Sarah and Max!

Very friendly people. When you walk in, there’s a chill vibe. Buying cars is a stressful thing for me so that’s honestly probably why I docked a star. I would come back here to buy another car if I had to! Hopefully I won’t for a long long while though(:

I was traveling and pulling a 40 foot camper when my truck broke down so it was an emergency repair. The folks in the service department were great and got my truck in and had it repaired in 2 days. They were super friendly and were very understanding of my emergency. I can never thank Mike, Sarah, and Sean enough for their help and if I knew the mechanics name i would add it also. Great people and dealership.
